Good food, service specifically when charging is terrible, table service not very good since sometimes they have a waitress and there is no time to order a new dish or drink, I had to get up to ask for the bill and another drink.

This place is legit. Had their tamal de cerdo and OMG, the masa was seasoned to perfection and the meat was tender. Best tamales I've had in the US in a long time. Their breakfast is ridiculously good. The huevo con chorizo is amazing. Everything came out hot and delicious. The tortillas were so fresh and ready to be dipped in the crema and frijoles and also the huevos. The chorizo and meat in the desayuno completo were just perfect, perfect, perfect. Everything here is authentic, like your tia came to cook for you and you're so stuffed you can barely move. Note: Cash only

Multiple Roaches on the counter and in the hot food glass cabinet. Not a clean place at all. Didn’t eat the food due to this problem.
Cockroaches!!!! Yes, roaches that are still alive!!! On the counter where the hot food cases are, just above the high chairs, down on the ground below the register counter, and God knows where else. Once they are food level, it’s beyond dangerous. Do not eat here until they clean it up. You can get seriously ill. I’m Central American (and a trained chef) and it breaks my heart to see a restaurant that is supposed to be representing us be so filthy and unsanitary.

I currently live in Tampa, FL but whenever I visit family in NJ, I make sure to stop here to get a quick Pupusa. Unfortunately they don't have great Pupuserias in Tampa so I look forward to getting these here. The Pupusas are absolutely delicious and they are so cheap! I got 3 HUGE ones for like $6, you absolutely can't beat this deal anywhere else. The place isn't the greatest looking as far as decor but who cares!!! I go for the yummy Pupusas when Im in town! ?
