I'm hardly one to criticize food but this time I had a bad experience with the chicken that is supposed to be fresh, I ordered it to take away and everything was dry and cold, very bad, I say I'm paying for it, I'm not giving it to me separately they gave me a little piece of charcoal in the chicken, I hardly go to eat at this restaurant now I even less recommend it

Food has been declining in quality and overall is inconsistent. Server is either inexperienced or sneaky as she makes a lot of "mistakes" that pad the bill like adding extra items that were not ordered (or served) and changing menu descriptions as they wish without clarifying to the customer. Check your order before it's submitted and check your bill before paying. Also, as an FYI all tables of 4 or more have an automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill but the credit card machine still asks if you want to add a 15%, 20%, or 25% tip to the total (in addition to the 15% already included).

A portion of ribs with fries, they charged me $25 plus taxes, a soda that never arrived, the potatoes seemed to have been made since last week, I left a $5 tip in addition to the $3 delivery included. What a bad taste this place leaves in my mouth. I won't order there again.

Very good and flavored food. Nice and attentive staff. Good atmosphere, but because the small sitting area could be crowded at times. The "To go" service could be the best option. Keep an eye on the "service" and other hidden fees in your ticket.
Young lady who answers the phone should be a lil bit more happier.. Happy that the phone rings for orders that help business and family who runs it ...Terrible additude.. I picked up my food on 1/26@6:20pm

Unfortunately this review is due to a health hazard. ⚠️ I called in an order to-go for a ‘cuatro golpes’ & after eating more than 50% of it, I found a staple inside the salami as I was chewing it. Thankfully I didn’t swallow it. Customers beware! I don’t think they purposely did that - but somehow they were not careful and this happened.

my family and i went to this restaurant the other day. We all ordered either fried pork, chicken nuggets and chicken. The next day we all woke up feeling nauseous, but didn’t think too much about it. it is now the second day and all of sudden, my siblings and i are throwing up a lot. i’m not sure what happened or if it was food poisoning, but this restaurant was the last thing we ate.
