This restaurant appears to be closed. Went there tonight looking forward to some good Peruvian cuisine, and it was not only dark looking inside... But it looked like no one has been there for a while.Clicking on the link on their web page above directed me to an impersonator site. I would suggest not clicking on it.

The mixed ceviche was not fresh and caused redness on the skin.

The lomo saltado was good, and I liked the canchita (traditional Peruvian snack) that was served prior to the meal. The food also came out quickly.

Absolutely fantastic! The new owner, Jesus, is super friendly, and his food is incredible. The ceviche is as good as I've had anywhere, with the perfect balance of citrus and spice, the grilled tuna was nicely seared and flaked apart under a plastic fork (to go order for a picnic), and the chicha morada (Google it, wow) was amazing. This place is an instant favorite and I'll be back - a lot!

Amazing! First time at fusion bistro and I'll definitely be back! The food was incredible and so was the service. Jesus was so friendly and took great deal of pride in providing us with a fantastic experience.

As a Peruvian I was really disappointed, the ceviche had no taste, the anticuchos seemed microwaved as they were so dry and unbitable, the aguadito seemed like they just poured hot water on top of an Arroz con Pollo, not to mention NONE of the dishes had salt… the main courses were better but lacked taste and salt, not to mention the service was horrible and we were the only table, the girl was on her phone behind the bar hiding and every time I needed something I had to get up and look for her, again not one soup in there but us… unfortunate as I am Peruvian and love trying new places but I wouldn’t return or recommend

My wife and I finally got to try this place and we were not disappointed. The food was great. Large portions, steak was cooked perfectly! Didn’t get the servers name but they were so friendly and on point. Will def be returning.

My husband and I are foodies. I also grew up in San Francisco so my expectations for food are HIGH, especially Mexican and Peruvian. This was the worst food we have ever had. The meat was dry and the rice was undercooked. How are you going to have a Lomo Saltado without fries in the food. Also, 11 bucks for gratuity. 85 bucks for the bill. We should of had McDonald’s. The worst pain is spending money on BAD food.

Put pamphlets out at my complex for delivery services, so I ordered dinner tonight from this location. About an hour later I wondered where my food was, used the tracking status and saw that it was refunded with no explanation. A text or email notification would have been nice, won't try ordering here again.

This place has been here for like a year, and I always wanted to come over, I finally did it, and I am extremely happy, we order the lomo saltado clásico and the green rice with seafood!!! My mom was very happy and me too!!! Very nice and tasty food, I’ll come back very soon!

Fusion was amazing . I just left there with my boyfriend: we were craving to eat Peruvian randomly and we came across it just walking through the neighborhood. I’m so happy we did! From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience . The service , the ceviche, lomo saltado and cheesecake were to die for! Go here if you haven’t tried it yet. You won’t regret it :)

We came in around 6pm, there were only two tables of customers including us, and no one came in during the whole time. we ordered very basic stir noddle and steak skirt. for 30 mins nothing come up, our daughter got so hungry and started to cry. We asked the waitress if any bread they can bring while we wait. She bought us roasted corn, for our 3 yrs old..... we said no she will choke. Then she bought a small bowl of white rice. .. Fine, better than nothing and at least the kid have some stuff to eat.another 15 mins, the food finally arrived. again we are the only customers they served, few folks came in and noticed the strange vibe and just left...the steak was ok, I would give 3 out of 5. the stir noddle, is just spaghetti with soy source which you find from any Chinese take out for 10 bucks. I would say 2 out of 5.During the whole time no water refill, waitress speaks very little English. She spent most of the time chatting at the bar.Now the billing part: I see they put mandatory 18% gratuity tip on it ,and they charged 6 bucks, for that tiny small bow of white rice.and they put another "Fee" column for few bucks for unknow stuff.and then they put another TIP column on the bill for people to pay tip TWICE!this is BS, but again I do not plan to come back so I was about to sign and leave. -the best part- Waitress came over - finally, and few English words came out of her mouth, she said "you still need to pay Tip. please pay in cash. ". Something like that...this is beyond my bottom line, I refuse to sign my bill, and just left.I attach the receipt, you can see there is gratuity, and then tip. ..Be aware, I don't know how this place received so many 'good' 5 star reviews. Stay away

My first time and definitely my last. The chicken was dry, the Chaufa and the ceviche was lacking flavor. The only good things were the green sauce and fries.. what a disappointment. That’s what I get for cheating on my usual Peruvian spot

As a peruvian this place is an embarrassment. Anticucho was dry and bloody like is was microwaved. The chicken was RAW. The pulpo was chewy and salty. The rice and dry and hard like if it was oldSo many hidden fees like the added tip and fee for God knows whatExpensive and unappealingAvoid this restaurant
