Title: Horrendous Experience at Lena Carbon IV: Zero Stars Would Be Generous If I could give Lena Carbon IV zero stars, it would barely scratch the surface of the abysmal experience I endured. From start to finish, it was a nightmare orchestrated by a manager who seemed to think she was the owner - a distinction that remained unclear throughout my ordeal. My troubles began with a simple pickup order, where my request was denied without consideration. Upon calling again, I was left waiting for ten minutes by the indifferent lady at the counter. It was only after hanging up and redialing that I managed to place my order, but not without enduring another stint on hold while attempting to reach the manager. Upon arrival at the restaurant, instead of addressing my concerns, the manager engaged in a fruitless argument, demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer service. Despite my hour-long wait, I was met with further incompetence as I sat unattended at the counter, ignored by staff who couldn't be bothered to offer a menu or even a glass of water. It became evident that the manager's agenda was to waste my time rather than provide the service I had paid for. Despite multiple attempts to settle my bill and leave, she preferred to indulge in petty arguments about my profession and industry knowledge. In the end, I was not only subjected to atrocious service but also unceremoniously told not to return simply for expressing my dissatisfaction. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable, especially considering my extensive experience in esteemed establishments like Jeans George, Tao, and Spice Market. To summarize, my visit to Lena Carbon IV was an unparalleled disaster marked by incompetence, indifference, and outright hostility. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment at all costs.

My experience today was not good, the cold chicken and the strangest ones did not have large plates, they served us on dessert plates and they only gave us 2 plates instead of 3, and they did not ask us if we wanted a drink. I have doubts about going back there.

i ordered food on Uber. This food is not fresh ! chicken was greasy and black and tostones were greasy and a little brown. cucumbers in salad were soft with brown edges. This was definitely a bad impression for Peruvian food which i love. i threw the dinner i away.

The food and service were excellent. The prices are affordable, they serve you the quantity and taste of their wonderful food. I went on a Saturday and they had live music. Good to enjoy with family, as a couple, with your friends or simply alone. A 10/10
Second time I go to this place they are definitely damaging the reputation, the dried and stored chicken. I'm not going anymore. The Peruvian tastes very good when the grilled chicken is fresh or stored.

This was my first experience of Peruvian cuisine.I cannot explain how amazing everything tasted.Vanya was so amazing with her recommendation and made us feel very welcomed. She recommended the Chicha - a drink made of purple corn. It was perfect to wash down, the yummy fried steak speciality that I had.10/10 would recommend. And it's worth every penny!

Celebrated my 30th birthday came to eat with my family. The waitress was super nice & attentive. She saw us undecided on what to order she ended recommending us items of the menu & they all seemed so good we even got one of the items she offered us. Very good atmosphere! HUGE thank you to the waitress Kathy ??

February 15/2024, we went to eat at your restaurant. We ordered a Chaufa rice with meat, chicken and shrimp; and A mixed grill, the waitress informed us that the dishes were made instantly when ordering, when the rice arrived it was warm almost cold, the grill was cold. The beef on the rice and grill was tough, the rice with a minimal portion of shrimp. The plate where they brought the grill was frozen. When paying, the waitress (Katty) mentioned that if we wanted to leave Tip, when the 18% was already included in the receipt. If the customer does not realize it, leaves more tip, (if it were worth it perhaps)., but the service as well as the food is not served, we had to make signals on several occasions from the table so that the waitress would attend to us (she was chatting with her co-worker behind the counter) Conclusion a Restaurant not to return to again. We voted our money
