I went yesterday to Applebees , because I love the food worst service . I went with my son and his girl . Lady took my order they got the drinks but not me . No utensils or napkins . We had to ask what was missing . Not going there anymore

Went here for Happy Hour 10p-Close.Sat at the bar since the wait for a booth seemed long. They need waiters and servers and cooks and bartenders.The wonton tacos were excellent!

My family and I came in to get some dinner and our waitress Tia was terrible!! She put my drink next to my mother right on the edge of the table, I was sitting opposite of her in the corner, also did not provide a straw. She basically threw our meals onto the table. Never once did she come to check on us, ask for refills, how everything tasted, nothing. She also did not ask if we wanted a dessert she just threw the check on the edge of the table so it fell. Thankfully, the food was good but the service just made our whole experience awful.

I mean it's an Applebee's. Fries are always a little soggy and the food is always just a little lacking, but over all you know what you are getting. Service is slow but not terrible and you can always find a seat.

The worst location I’ve been to!The host was just so rude and disrespectful.When I asked the host to call my server bc of my drink that was DONE WRONG he straight up ignored me and walked away.Server ends up coming 10 min later, took my drink and the ice out, and comes back with my drink HALF WAY through the cup (I guess I should’ve only paid for half the drink then !?).This place was also empty and the food took FOREVER to come. ?♀️I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever.

Me and the family went to apple bees tonight sadly the service wasn’t as good as when we went last time. We basically sat there for 2 hours waiting for our food we had a 15 minute wait first off the table was sticky the kids had milkshakes but I wouldn’t even count them as milkshake because it was more like melted ice cream in a cup. We had ordered two meals the shirlon steak and shrimp our appetizer came out first the wait was quite long the boneless wings were wiggly. We sat there for 30-40 minutes till our lovely waitress came over and asked us how everything was and we told her the food wasn’t out yet it turns out that the waiter that was meant to give us our food gave it to another table and they’d already eaten it. Me and the family were basically over it and started to get ready to leave till the manager and a waiter with our new order of food and the manager said the food was free of charge. Me and the family did appreciate it but the kids did complain my daughter who had the shrimp said that it had a after-taste of medicine and my other daughter complained that her steak was to rough even though we ordered it medium well. We where also given a to-go cup of Pepsi though.Overall I don’t think me and the family will be coming here again.
