I was in NJ buying formula at Target and needed coffee beans, I found this spot but unfortunately they didn't sell beans (they mentioned they might start doing that but don't yet sell them.) I ordered an iced latte and a pastry, the pastry was quite good but the coffee was "eh". It's certainly better than Starbucks by a mile, but the coffee was okay at best.Parking: There's street parking only and I lucked out and got a spot right in front, the availability of parking definitely depends on when you end up going but with street parking only it can be tricky.

cutest coffee shop with flavors from the Philippines. Came here with some friends and Got the ube drink with a shot of espresso. 11/10 amazing. Definitely will be back to try everything else!
Excellent selection of coffee! I tried the Ube latte with a shot of espresso, amazing! Chai latte is also recommended. Small place, but I'm sure that'll change as they grow. Highly recommended to visit and support. I'll be back soon!

A small coffee place with maybe seating for two people inside. We had an ube latte with espresso and a bibingka cookie. We also wanted to try their pandan latte but they had no more at the time. Their ube latte was so good! Not too sweet, I've flavor and espresso blended so well. Ube flavor was strong enough but wasn't over powering where you couldn't taste any coffee. We got our lattes hot and it was the perfect temperature. Milk was frothed perfectly. Bibingka is a rice cake dessert, seeing it in a cookie form is not something I've seen before, so glad I tried this!! Cookie was pretty big and had a chewy texture. Service was quick and friendly. Ayala is definitely worth trying, super glad we took the trip to try them. Will definitely be back!
