it seems like they were out of everything i actually wanted which was a let down.. but other than that what i was served was just not good. i order edamame (overly salted), sliders (stale chicken on burnt buns), & the buldak (it tasted expired????? and the chicken was dryer than the Sahara) all in all i spent 40$ and it was the biggest waste because i hated all of it. this place used to be great so it’s sad to see it fall in quality like this.

Chicken Could Be Flavored More BUT Way Better Than Your Typical Chinese Take Out Rice... The Menu Is Simple n Small Mostly Offering Beef Which Limits Me But Id Come Back to Try More... Used to love bonchon and didn't mind the pricing because of the quality of the wings, but after having it for the 1st time in a while the quality and taste has gone done tremendously. I ordered wings and was given mostly drums. They are small now so you don't even get your money's worth. The taste is not the same and has changed. Honestly, I won't be eating here again. They just aren't worth it anymore and there's better korean fried chicken elsewhere. Also the pork in the buns was hard and small. Don't recommend.

The food tasted as it was made early in the morning and put in the microwave when ordered. Everything tasted cold. I got my food and not 4 minutes later my chicken was stale and hard the rice was cold. Waste of money . HMart would NEVER ! Oh and the food comes out 1 by 1.

I called in at 8:15 girl on the phone refused to take my order.. even after I explained to her I was handicap with a cane and have a hard time walking and I was literally outside in my car.. she told me I had to walk inside and refused to take my order over the phone when I came in she was rude and didn’t even apologize to me when I explained it to her.. 1 star for service.. if she spent less time FaceTiming her bf when Customers present and laughing with the cooks maybe her customer service would be better.. I get home everything is dry the fries.. dried out and the chicken was so dry it had no moisture ..charged me full price for a bag of inedible food. Just because it’s almost closing doesn’t mean you give ppl bad food..

The chicken is from Bonchon but I threw my own salad together. Great place to grab dinner for the entire family. Great packages/deals and the chicken is oh so delicious. I would eat these wings daily. The spicy ones are real spicy so watch out now. This chicken (10pm s) was served with rice and a cole slaw. Under $20 You can’t go wrong and the staff is ever so friendly and sweet ♥️? Parking is tricky as it’s street parking and it’s in the town shopping area so parking maybe a lil bit tight. You can hop out and pick up your food but to dine in, you will be looking for parking for a minute.
This location gives Bon Chon a bad name. I entered from the back parking lot OMG!!! the floors are wet and slippery and it smelled like old grease and spoiled milk. Get to the counter for pick-up it was pure chaos, get my order head to my car. My gut said check the food, cold soggy and the chicken had a smell as if it was going bad. Pull a piece apart and definitely old meat. I go right back in explain they offer me another order. Like why would I are you going to cook from the unspoiled batch of chicken no thank you. I request refund and that took forever to process. If you want to get sick this is the place for you.
