The service was decent and the ambience is about what he would expect from a fast food chain. The food however was really subpar. I tried another Chick-fil-A up Route 22 yesterday. It was definitely better than the one in Union, but here's the big thing. I used to get Chick-fil-A in Atlanta around 1980. What they're producing now is nowhere near the quality of what they produced then. The grilled chicken sandwich is nothing special at all and it is not big enough to even be called a meal. I think they're using a smaller piece of chicken then they did in the '80s. You might expect that as a business gets bigger, but when the sandwich is so small and the piece of meat is so small that it really doesn't fill you up, that's a problem. I'm not a big guy. The place in Union gave me a sandwich in which the chicken was a little overdone and dried out. Overall however, meaning for both of the Chick-fil-A's that I visited, I can say that I wouldn't go back. As I said, nothing special, nothing satisfying, and definitely not worth the trip.

there's always an issue when placing an order online. orders are marked as delivered even though it wasn't. not sure if they need training on how to use the apps at the store

Bought lunch here last week. It was aight. Location sucks balls and getting in and outta here was a nightmare. Servers were nice if not a little rushed.
Has a drive thru, not much parking, but can eat in. They have people outside to take orders in drive thru (2 car drive thru). Fast service, good employees, food was good, but the frosted coffee and lemonade was a no.
Wonderful food. The service is fast, efficient, and pleasant, and the staff always exhibit contagious smiles.
