This review is not necessarily about this location per se. We ordered catering from this location, and it was ready 30 minutes late, which made us late for the event that we were bringing food to. We complained to corporate and corporate gave us a gift card for the full price of the catering. That's actually amazing customer service, and it's one of the reasons why I am a loyal Chipotle customer. When Chipotle doesn't get it right (no place ever gets it right all the time), they make it up to you to make it right.

I ordered guac they didn’t give me any i had to drive back to chipotle to ask for guac.The worker got 2 spoonfuls of guac and slapped it on my food. The second time i ordered from here i got the wrong order i had to drive back again from my 30 minute break both times. Worst chipotle ever!

I’ve been coming to chipotle for over 15 years. Never have I experienced one like this. The line came to a complete stand still for 25 minutes, ran out of chicken and steak, it’s Sunday 3/17/24 by the way. The garbage was overflowing, see picture. The floors were completely filled with trash. The staff during the stand still where all just laughing and conversing, no communication to the customers and 0 sense of urgency to get thing back in track. There was no effort to clean the dining room during the stand still.By far the worse Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.Once I get to the front to order, they were again out of chicken, steak, fajitas and white rice.Horrible horrible experience.

I went on St. Patrick’s day to take out and their staff was working so hard. The line was so long and every staff member in there was hustling. Their manager was also helping customers and his staff be as efficient as possible with the large amount of orders coming in both in restaurant and pick up orders. It was my first time at this location and I was very impressed.

Idk what was up with the food here but it didn’t taste good. Dude I usually love chipotle, this wasn’t it. Every table empty or not was filled with trash along with the floor just trash everywhere !!! Do they not have employees to clean up ? And what’s the deal with them not having forks giving out spoons for a Buritto bowl ? I went up to the lady working I said this place is disgusting you guys should do something about this, her response “I know sir thanks have a good day” lol I know it’s not her fault but how can people put up with this ???? Disgusting place

They should allow us to give negative stars, because zero or one star is too kind. The staff is by far the most lackluster group of people I’ve ever encountered. They run out of everything, so it’s impossible for one to order what you want on the menu. It’s like the equivalent of going into McDonald’s and them telling you the ice cream machine is down.. the environment is so dirty, the garbage overflows to the floor, there are barely any utensils.I hope management sees this and can turn this around. I recommend going to any of the other places in the area to eat.You’ve been warned!

The food was terrible horrible somebody is going to get sick from this place the food was cold the meat smelled spoiled the beans was hard not done and the corn was also raw the rice was hard and crunchy they over charged us we had to go back for a refund which they did and please DO NOT eat here its not worth getting sick very unsanitary they was cooking and cleaning spraying solutions over and near the food BEWARE
