This food truck was at the unions farmers market in union nj. I tried their combo which included their egg roll and bacon fried rice. The fried rice was over cooked and clumped together. It seemed like it was leftovers sadly. The egg roll was refried so many times that it was burnt. The filling was mediocre to say the least. The dipping sauce was ok it was an interesting broth like sauce kind of like what you would get for a French roast beef dip. I purchased the hot sauce as well which was 10$ - pretty pricey and it was very bad. Barely hot and it had a weird taste. It had fish sauce in it when I read the ingredients. I don't even know why I spent my money on that hot sauce. I was really hoping for everything to be good. But it was really not. It was disappointing. And I felt really gross after eating everything. Never again and I wanted to buy from small business trucks especially during Covid to help but really come on, I know things are hard but you can't be serving food like that. Few Days old rice that's clumped and overly fried egg rolls.
