I don't know what's wrong with these people, every time I go they don't give me what I ask for, I ordered three egg cheese and bacon sandwiches with mayonnaise and ketchup, and they didn't have any cheese, mayonnaise or ketchup and it's not the first time. ??

I feel like there has been a decline in the taste and quality of the food.Also the day I went they mopped the place, and probably started in the bathroom, because the entire place smelled terrible. They need a new mop and to change the water; unless of course they wanted it to smell like actual Manhattan.

My only reference to this place was the one in Westfield, which is awful.However, this one is the opposite of that one. Food is great and consistent, service is efficient and folks don't give attitude.The only issue is that they are a little bit on the slow side.But, it is worth the wait. I guess they do that so you can order something else ? to keep you entertained while you wait for your main meal.I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

We visited Manhattan Bagel recently while in town to visit family. We ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich along with a Caramel Macchiato and a Iced Coffee. This was our first time visiting a Manahattan Bagel. The bagel sandwich was okay. No complaints. However, the coffee was not good at all. I guess we should not have expected much from a bagel shop. I could barely taste any caramel in the macchatio- it was not flavorful. The Iced coffee was simply coffee water. Total waste of money. If I ever return there, I would only purchase a sandwich.
