Ordered mushroom chicken as one of the items in the bigger plate and was put into a small carton While I walk down the line towards the cash register. When I opened up the carton after I sat down in the restaurant, there was no chicken in there and all mushrooms. I brought it back to the manager and she said it was a mistake and I told her there was no way it had to be intentional. She said it was 100% a mistake and I told her it was ridiculous and I was calling the corporate office. Her name is Kathleen. Make sure you check your food anytime it’s put in a small carton because this is the things that they do.

I just finished my meal!!!! It's the worst meal I've ever had!!!!! Panda Express will never ever see a dime of my $ ever again. I just wasted my $!!!!!!
Location is clean modern and well run. Staff is friendly.I like that you can get to it from either side of the hwy and exit in either direction. This place shares a building with Taco Bell, the drive thru entrances are confusing, be careful you don't get on the wrong line.

I went on 9/30/23 @ 4:50 pm when ingot to the window to pick up my orderI was not serviced for seven minutes. Then a young man came to the window it ce to $11.35 I gave him $2 bills and the 35 cents. He came back in five minutes to say the safe smart doea not accept $2 bills. I said what is that? This is American money and the bills are real why doesn't your company accept real American money? He said I know it is real but because the safe smart says it is not accept it. Of course I ask for the manager Kathleen who is on her private cell phone taking a call. She says we cant take it. I said I understamday have have the number to corporate? She says go online and get it we can't take ur money here she pushes the bills out with the change on top which drops to the ground. asked so you are just gonna toss my $ at me? She said it fell move out the line please. I asked to reissue my change since it rolled under the car she said your change is there you can get it or not.Is this acceptable to panda express for its custers to be treated with such nastiness ?Route 22 panda avoid Kathleen a real nasty sort I have a picked of her rhe manager on the phone
