I come in every morning for a breakfast sandwich and drink. The employees are always efficient, quick and pleasant when handing me my order.I typically order on the app. With the system being down, I ordered with a cashier (Gabriella) this morning and it was a terrible experience. I didn't expect a greeting or anything above and beyond, but she scowled the entire time as I placed my order and was incredibly hostile. It was not until I asked for a manager that she changed her tune.With there being a dozen food places within a mile, I would prefer to order elsewhere until the app is back up if interactions like that will be customary.Order number 245735 for reference.

Jasmine the manager was wonderful, I ordered and an item was left out so I returned to the store asked to speak to a manager and Jasmine was more than accommodating...I order from Panera quite often and she gave me even more reason to continue ordering...Thank you
Great food but very poor service. Five times in less than a year they forgot the chicken on my Asian Chicken salad. I highly urge you to open your pickup bag before leaving and check all items, like I have. But this last instance I got caught off guard. I just had surgery and walking is still painful so I had my son pick up the order. I forgot to tell him to check the items. Low and behold the chicken was missing in my salad. All the instances I have caught in person and reported to them, the manager on duty, offers free items to compensate. But this is too habitual and warrants speculation as to whether this is intentional, given the rapid price increase of food in recent years.

I placed an order for Cheddar Broccoli Soup on the app to pick up I get here & they tell me that Cheddar Broccoli Soup has been “discontinued” mhm but I placed it on the app & other locations have it. these immature students of the future need to stay in school & find someone else to play with. just inconvenienced and annoyed go to the linden location these kids are overwhelmed with working they resort to lies

However, once I made it home to my family for dinner, I checked my order only to find that 5 items were missing, I received the wrong item, and another item wasn’t complete as ordered. I find this to be a pattern and clearly a quality control issue. I hope whoever is in leadership will identify the disconnect and correct it.

Never been here but recently went with my girlfriend and the staff is super friendly. Some guy helped me w my food and I'm super appreciative of that. The place has great music and is def a vibe to study or get work done. The food is amazing and I never have had a problem w it. Will def be back. Thanks Panera Union Team !Vegetarian options: You can def find an affordable delicious meal here that accommodates vegetarian meals.

Went there with my wife to have lunch had a grilled cheese and a broccoli soup. My wife had 3 scoops of the soup of mine and started feeling sick on the way home. Later that night I threw up the whole soup, and crazy diarrhea. Called the manager Darius and he said Oh! No one else has complained. I must say this is the nastiest Panera Bread I’ve ever experienced. I will never eat Panera bread again after getting food poisoning buyer beware.
