Worse Pizza Hut ever and it’s a shame because it’s the only location near me. Tonight I experienced the worse customer service I’ve ever had at any restaurant and fast food place. The manager Michael refused to speak with me when I asked to talk to him about his rude associate name Stephen. I will let every family member and friend know to never visit this place because they’re disrespectful. For the manager to deny speaking with me, it’s a disgrace! Never go to this place. They are running the Pizza Hut brand down the road. If you’re gonna have poor attitudes don’t work in customer service or the food industry. With their attitude, I’m afraid what they do to your food.

Food and service were amazing. I was greeted when I first walked in. I was given a chance to look over the menu and ask questions without being or feeling rushed. The young lady at the counter I think her name was Gabby was very knowledgeable and helped me determine exactly what I needed. It was very clean. I have no bad words for staff or service provided.

I prefer to go to this pizza hut, then the one closer to me. Every time I go there, there is a friendly person at the front. They have never forgotten anything. They open the boxes, review food and even if I have to pay for dips, they still ask if I need more. I drive 2 additional miles just to go there. The wing are so good and full of sauce. I had a poker party and everyone loved them. They were surprised they were from pizza hut.

I waited for over an hour for my pizza ? because Doordash kept coming in,placing orders, picking up orders and the guy who worked there was so clueless about how to handle the rush, until my Mother came in and started raising hell,won't be going to that Pizza Hut on Stuyvesant Ave again.
