This place was pretty good, service was not so good. My husband ordered fried milk fish but we ended up finishing the meal without the fish. We ended up cancelling it since we never got it. We also ordered sweet and sour pampano and oxtail sinigang. Both were good but the oxtail sinigang had 1 big oxtail, and 3 small ones. I DONT THINKIT WAS WORTH $28, not worth the price.

I am really glad we had a Filipino restaurant like this… first time we went there it was excellent! It was the adult serving.But this time this young people serving and looks like they are not properly trained yet. Anticipating needs of the customers are important and kids are not great at this unless they are trained well. I think 50% of time we have to keep calling them for what we need, except at beginning when we are seated and gave us water right away. There should be a receptionist assigned in the front especially on busy hours for people waiting. I would hate for this restaurant to fail, I wish they would pay attention to that details so they can thrive more in this competitive market.Other than service the food is really good and on point.

Finally! A sit down, made-to-order Filipino restaurant in NJ near me. Very clean and modern. The pork sisig was tasty and the sago gulaman was not too sweet! Great lunch and staff was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
Overall 3/5 was disappointed. Went on a Monday early afternoon they were packed and it smelled good. You can tell they are a new family owned restaurant. Service was poor we didn’t get our drinks until we got our entree despite us asking 2x different people. We were charged for a drink we never got, never got the drink because they failed to tell us they ran out, they gave the last drink to the customers next to us although we ordered first. We ordered the oxtail Kare kare, portion was small and severely lacking flavor. Unlike other Filipino restaurants their entrees are not shareable. It was not worth the price barely any meat. For app we got chicharong bulaklak was lacking flavor. overall the poor service was a real turn off didn't feel like ordering dessert. left hungry. hope they improve but will not be returning anytime soon.

Everything is great! From food to service. My son-in-law is a Colombian and he can’t stop talking about the bulalo dish, he love it much. And my daughter-in-law, she’s Korean, she ordered tofu sisig, she took the leftover and label it so no one will eat it???. They can’t wait to go back to try the other dishes. I highly recommended Qsina 8!
