It took us 30 minutes to get something to drink and meet our server. We ordered everything we wanted right away because we had seen the type of time they were on already. We didn't get our food for 1 hour and 10 minutes. VERY SLOW SERVICE. We had to ask for utensils to eat and they gave us plastic. My wife steak bleeding, and she asked for it to be done medium. Dirty plates and loud people around. I will not be returning here.

Haven't been to red lobster since 2020. Food was just as good as I remember. Server Dajohn, was friendly and efficient. Hope the don't close. Plan to go back more often

My family came here for a pleasant dinner instead we got a rude waiter and her name was “nae” . At the beginning of our dinner everything was fine toward the end is where things went left I had to ask her for our check because we were sitting there finished with our meals for a while and she even asked us if everything was okay. she continued to bring out food for the next couple of tables and then bout us our check , she then handed the check to my father over his head so the check was close right in front of his face , when she could have placed it on the table. She then walked away leaving us waiting to pay even longer to where I got up and went to the front to let the person at the front desk know.It wasn’t just us that complained about her while there but your own worker complained about her she threw the tray on the table because my dad was standing upAt this point to pay. I don’t know wat it is but don’t take it out on your paying customers

my server jordan was very nice. however, i walked in alone and had to wait 15 min to get a server. then an additional 15 to get my food. once i got my food it was cold. i’m not happy with my experience here at all today. i most likely won’t be coming back to this location.

The food was good, especially the biscuits of course. The only negative was the shrimp were a bit salty. Our waitress Leticia, whom also happend to be the greeter at the front desk was AMAZING. I'm assuming they were short staff like most places these days, I felt bad that she was doing so much.. Yet she was still so sweet, accommodating, and hard working!

We stopped going to RedLobster 12 yrs. ago mainly because of the Poor service decline and marginal food decline and only went because of my daughter's invite. We were one of the last to leave. Food improved to 4 stars and the waitress needs to be Reinstructed to make sure all the place settings are there. Whole lobsters need something to open them. Don't disappear Because its the last customer. I spent $290.00 and I was furious my wife still left a 18% TIP to a ghost waitress. T I P = To Insure Promptness. I would have left half the amount to send a message of dissatisfaction.Parking: Union Rte 22 restaurant has plenty of parking.

Waited 15 minutes for my salty buscuits I had to eat my appetizer and biscuits over a napkin on the table because I was not given a saucer plate waited over 30 minutes for my meal to arrive. My waiter never came back to ask me if I wanted a refill for my drink I had to get up and look for him. Service is terrible I thought things would’ve changed over the years

Pros: The food that I got to taste was good, but the service was slow. The waitress and management were really nice and friendly. Cons: I waited 45 minutes and never received my meal. It wasn’t that many people in the restaurant. Such a waste of time and I’m still hungry. We paid for the food that we ate, tipped the wonderful waitress and left. I was looking for local restaurants to up on my podcast but now I’ll have to advise against coming to this location. As a local reviewer it such a shame. I was really hopeful.

Came here for my aunts birthday. We got a reservation so it was fast seating. Service was good. The atmosphere was something. Most workers where just talking and standing doing nothing. We saw 5 people talking together in the front. Someone droped some plates and cups, and they broke. Food was really nice, and tasty. We got cole slaw for a side and they forgot about it until we were mid main entry in. Got to the birthday singing, and they brought the cake. We cut the cake then realize they forgot our spoons. We had to ask them, but we got them at the end. Very mid. Not sure if I would recomend.

I haven't been in a Red Lobster in a while, this was a good stop. The food was pretty good.My server was very attentive and helpfulThe place did smell kind of funny and was a bit messy. That's something that can definitely be improved.

It's a shame. The food was really good when I got takeout so I decided to go out on a date night. Unfortunately, we waited for a little bit to get seated even though it was empty and they seated us in the very back. There's nothing wrong with the seating, but it took over 15 minutes to order. It doesn't really seem like anyone cares, but we came here hungry and we didn't even get our waters despite waiting 25 minutes after we ordered our food and drinks. The food is another story. That took even longer. We were thinking of leaving, but because we already ordered, we needed to stay.Update:The manager Sam helped us alot after we expressed our frustrations and our waiter Jordan was very nice and apologized after. Thank you to both of them for being so understanding and helpful. We really appreciated their hard works and hope the franchise will make a new system so their jobs are easier.

Miss Jay

This was one of my worst experiences ever. It was an hour and a half before closing and everyone was ready to go home including the host/greeter. My waitress had an attitude and our food was cold also when I asked about napkins twice I didnt receive them. Also I asked about biscuits and she stated that she will check but didnt bring any back.
