We used to like this place and the food. However past couple of visits have been disappointing. The Tots we ordered both times was dripping and soaked in oil. Not sure how we can let our kids eat that. Even when we order the same item for everyone, each person gets a slightly different version with missing sauce or other ingredients. Leaving 3 stars because they used to be much better and the burger still tasted fresh.

Smashburger always satisfies that burger itch. I love the Double OG Classic and the Bacon Brisket Burger. All of them are great. There are plenty of sides to choose from. My go-to are the fried Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potato Fries.The place is meticulously clean, and the staff is friendly. Always a good experience.

I went here with my daughter and the food was so fresh and hot. The general manager (I believe his name was Gerald) and his staff was so friendly. I will return and also tell my friends and family to visit this place. If you are ever in the Union route 22 area, I suggest you visit this place. Nice people and clean environment. No official menu or price posted. One printed menu that is barely readable exist without pricing. Staff is nonchalant and uses phone without changing gloves. Staff is also unknowledgeable about the items on the unclear menu that customers cannot read and make no extra effort to explain. I've never been to a location of this chain that operates like this. So surprisingly ghetto, I will not be returning.
Truffle mayo is the worst condiment made to man , and their truffle burger does no justice

I stopped in, and ordered a double bacon bbq smash burger, small fries, and a drink. The fries, and drink were fine. The burger, and its contents were burned beyond recognition. The bbq sauce was burned so badly, that it evaporated.The bacon was rock solid. Whatever cheese that didn't burn off of the burger was stuck to the wrapper.The 3 onion ring pieces that were on the burger were also burned. I regretfully forced it down, as the meal cost nearly 20 dollars. I definitely will not be back. There are dozens of far better, and less expensive burger spots in the area.
