I came to have a coffee around 10 am. Slightly after arriving I wanted to use the restrooms when I realised that both of them (two out of two) had a out of order sign in the door like the one attached. It is in fact quite disappointed to attend a Starbucks branch and see that they do not worry about providing a basic service such as restrooms. The response from the barista working at that time was as cold as lacked of empathy. Clearly not the customer service a client is expecting from an Starbucks local.

THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER.THE STAFF IS SUPER DUPER FRIENDLY AND THEIR DRINKS ARE ALWAYS ON POINT AND MADE W LOTS OF LOVE.I have yet to go to another Starbucks to get the service that I get here.All the other Starbucks staff have the nastiest attitudes and are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.But here you’ll get THE BEST SERVICE EVER.I LOVE THEM ALL

This is NOT a sanitary location AT ALL! They touch the garbage then come back up to touch the tops of peoples drinks. Disgusting! I can’t stand this location and the chicks that work there

Very average crew, needs more training as it took 5 people 10 mins to make 2 lattes…and it was not at all busy. Also, speak up when calling out drinks that are ready, people shouldn’t be asking what drink is who’s, it’s your job to keep track of that. Listen I’m all for unionizing and workers rights but keep your end of the deal up with the customers. Also….get a tip jar.

This is the second time in the last week that I have ordered something and the cashier has not listened to what I asked for and made me the wrong drink. Everyone there has some kind of attitude when I ask for what I need and I think this is all due to management not the barista‘s fault but some things have to change in there needs to be better customer service
