i love this location its so nice and clean and my drinks are always made on time and taste great!! the only complaint i have is about a white male that works the drive thru. his attitude is always negative and rude he seems miserable and honestly ruins my experience

Cashier was very rude and I was very disappointed with their service. She was very offensive when she was taking order also, our order was not came out with order. One came out and the rest of drinks came out 10 mins later. No notice, no apologies, and they even didn’t call my name when the order came out. We have to back and forth from our seats to check out that our order came out or not. Employees make very big noisy sounds throwing the blender etc. Although the place is clean, I am not willing to come again.

I got to give credit when they are genuine family staff not by blood. This is coming from a blue collar Guy that mainly stay out big franchise. My coworker is a faithful customer- (he wants me to invest in). The service, curiosity, training, partnership assist, information was all top notch. I hope it remains a hidden gem but knowingly it won't especially with that new dish of chicken... ?. Its just to awesome. I'm still trying to get around toy pets at any eatery by culture shock. Safety and open space felt comfortable from my neighbors inside. First date and kid friendly vibe was hitting. I think they need a gazebo for summer traffic if possible. Grreatt service model, please last- don't make me eat my words with pride. Stay Humble & Uplifting.

I come here almost every day and I am beyond frustrated with this location. Forget about having an issue with your order when you come into the store... The service is really bad. Employees barely look up from their machines to attend to customers. Priority is given to drive-through customers. The in-store experience needs to be managed better.There also seems to be a revolving door of college kids working here. Why can't they keep more consistent employees??? Every other day there is someone new on the job, struggling to make the drinks. One girl today didn't know about cup sizing, when I asked for a short cup, she gave me the wrong size. I also had ordered an iced coffee with almond milk, and she put so much milk in it, it is bordering on white. I had to ask her to remake it TWICE, after clearly stating I would like a dark coffee.I have to compose myself every morning before walking in, because the service is that horrible. If you have the time to go to another Starbucks location, don't even bother coming here.

Great location if you need a place to chill while having coffee, work on your lap top or sit outside. There are tables both indoor and outdoor. The service is always amazing, the baristas are fantastic and have remembered my order.

Great location if you want to get some work done or relax with your Starbucks fix. Nice amount of small tables and seating, lots with plugs available, plus clean bathrooms with baby changing facilities.Kid-friendliness: Clean and functional baby-changing, plus high chairs available.

I'm very unhappy with the service at this Starbucks location. Workers don't greet you and are rude and customer service is non-existent. Today was the last straw: my coffee was sitting on the table for 10 minutes while the barista refused to put my lemon loaf in the toaster. First, they couldn't put it in the toaster because there was frosting on it, so I took the frosting off. Then they refuse to put it in the toaster because I touched it. So, why did the barista not offer to take the frosting off for me, so it could be put in the toaster?Also, they forgot a banana nut bread my friend ordered. As said, customer service is non-existent. It's also not a place I see myself sitting down to have a cup of coffee.
