The kids at the drive thru didn’t meet expectations for place that prides themselves on quality service/food. I have my order and the young lady repeated my order back to me for confirmation. I get to the window and they got my drink wrong. I kindly told her the drink was wrong and she made the coworkers think I just changed my order. I was in a rush(hence why I used the drive thru), but realized after already leaving that they didn’t even put my sauce in the bag even though she confirmed the sauce request when I placed my order. It was VERY disappointing to eat my food dry.

They are not open for carry out 8:45 am when I arrived. The doors are locked and the employees are just looking at you. Please fix your opening time on Google.

The food was awful, stale,hard and dry. Tables were not cleaned. Since it's self service ordering, all they have to do is read the order and fill it. The sauce were missing for the nuggets.

The food was very good but honestly when I went I saw two bugs by the register and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. They were light brown almost like roaches. I will not be coming back to this location it makes me sick to think about.

For one the food is always a hit, never a miss. I especially had an amazing experience with the manager Timesa. After placing my order and sitting in the parking lot to eat my food, around 3am, my car died and though it was well passed closing time and I could tell Timesa was tired, at 3 am after a long shift, she was more than willing to help me jump my car and ensure it started up and I was able to get home. Timesa was lovely enough to get her hands dirty and jump the car for me. I truly appreciate her amazing ethic when it comes to ensuring great service and her ability to go beyond her duty as a manger to help those in need.

It was after 1am and we just arrived home from a delayed flight. The airport was busy and we just wanted to get home but we were hungry - hadn’t had dinner just some snacks earlier. It was Saturday night and only Wendy’s at this location was open (until 3am). At takeout, the service was good and the food was very good. It made our night. Thanks!

Today 06/09/23 I arrived at Wendy's at 7:05 am to grab some breakfast before going into work. Unfortunately they were closed, in the process of me trying to figure out as to why they were closed, A plump odd looking young man with shades & spandex jeans on popped up out of nowhere & started flipping the lunch signs to breakfast, I attempted to ask the pleasantly plump guy with the shades & spandex jeans on are they open ? but he just ignored me and walked off as if I wasn't a paying customer. Moral of the story, Do better with your hiring process Wendy's & maybe you'll be able to open up on time & not lose good customers due to rude late employees.
