It was my first ever time coming here. I messed up a little bit with my order because I never had Wingstop. The person who served me, Ian, was extremely nice and made me feel like I was at home. The food was really good and freshly hot but I couldn’t finish all of it because I was in a rush home. Would recommend and I will visit again more in the future when I have the time.

Bought two of the boneless wing bundles; with two large sides. Opted for veggie sticks for both instead of fries - get home, 9 total carrots. What a joke of a franchise. Just tell people you don't have the sides, comp them something or swap it out. The value of the meal is gone when you take that away, and it's already costly for this stuff. Carrots were awful as well. Wingstop on Liberty is where we'll continue to go, pass on this one until its management has their inventory in stock for Friday at 7pm.

I work hard as a Dasher to make sure people get their orders and promptly. This restaurant consistently holds dashers hostage by commonly being 30+ min late on orders. When you ask how long until it's going to be ready (dashers can choose to wait or not. They do not get paid to wait and lose money by doing so) they catch an attitude and ignore you. I tried explaining the dashers side to the kitchen full of table leaning, slow staff politely. However, the next time I went to pick up, the same employee tried to bully me and refused to give me the two orders that I was assigned to pick up, out of revenge and prejudice. Yes, I fully believe he is extra hostile because he is discriminatory. The ironic thing is, that employee thought he was going to stick it to me by refusing the orders and wasting my time, but he is a fool. I still get paid but don't have to deliver it, and all he accomplished was screwing over 2 of HIS customes, lost money, and is going to receive an investigation once I'm done contacting corporate. Thank God for video recording.This place is a garbage hole. Don't bother.

Ordered 3 different meals.. did not receive the one meal which was a 15 piece wing meal. Called twice and was put on hold indefinitely both times. Had to drive back to WingStop in union NJ ( Rt 22). And they did not have my 15 wing meal that I ordered and would not refund my money! They gave me a credit which to me is poor customer service ! Do not recommend this place due to their incompetency. This is not the first time they had screwed up an order and they lost a customer !

Ordered online for delivery. I was shortened 10 wings. I asked for a refund for the 10 wing, but they can't don't because they say their online ordering is through doordash. They told me to come get the 10 wings and they will add 5 extra. I ordered online for delivery for a reason. I told them I'm not going out to get it and just give me a store credit. Manager asked for my number saying they will give me store credit, but never heard from them since. Never again.
