I have no idea what everyone is complaining about. If you don't like the customer service or the attitude of the employees, then stop spoiling your children and have them work a service job. Notice how all the employees are older, do you want to work at Wholefoods when you are trying to pay rent and raise children? Are you going to smile when some pompous, spoiled, self-righteous, petulant, vapid, egotistical "work-from-home" type slams a pile of groceries that cost more than your rent on the conveyor? You have virtue signaling signs all in your yard that proclaim circular nonsense that helps you sleep at night, and you don't follow what they say. You don't practice what you say. Service? How exactly should they SERVE you? Sounds a lot like something else we abolished along time ago. You vote democrat, you want all your taxes put into programs that have proven not to work. This is the reality you created. You want to send people money for not working. Then don't expect people to work. Especially the way you want them to. If you want change in low wage service industry jobs, then that has to be better than the free money they get for doing nothing. It's not rocket science. Personally I love this Whole Foods. I know what I'm getting when I go here. It helps me educate my children as well. On eating healthy and the basics of economics and labor/worker happiness. Now go complain about your hardworking husbands that pay your way through life or your "horrible" finances job that gives you 10x a livable wage so you can vote for some brain dead politician that leaves office with 10s of millions pilfering the hardworking tax payers.

Good Lord in Heaven this place is THE PITS.It's a nice store, but everyone who works here has vile personalities. My mom died recently and I am pretty much walking around in a daze.I accidentally walked near where something broke and splattered all over the floor. The guy who was cleaning up not only yelled at me, but continued to stare me down as I walked away. Maybe I don't look good because I've been crying since my mom died, but that's no reason to stare at someone. GET SOME MANNERS!! THEN, this took the cake. I'm doing self check out and I was going too fast and noticed it charged me $2.40 for a shallot (I put another item on before it rang up the shallot). I asked a woman who worked there for help. She was overweight, not attractive, frizzy hair (and this is not me being catty as you can see in my other reviews I will say when a woman is beautiful if I do not know her name). Anyway, this loser ignored me. Then a guy asked for help. She went to him, then to another guy and came to me last. She didn't even acknowledge me. She helped. I said "Thank you ma'am." She didn't even say "You're welcome." No wonder I avoided this Whole Foods for over a year. EVERY WORKER IN THE STORE LOOKS MISERABLE!! If you want a good Whole Foods experience, drive extra - go to Madison, go to Bridgewater, go to West Orange ... ANYWHERE BUT HERE! EWWW, just EWWW!

None of the food serving stands are ever open, the coffee, Mexican and asian food station never have anyone on them. By a miracle today the grill type station was open and I waited ten minutes in line just for them to not have anything listed on the menu and no vegetarian option. They were going to charged me the price of a meat entree with sides just for me to get a plate of vegetables. Not matching the quality of other whole foods a I've been to, the main plus is the convenient location.

We stoped by to check out the hot tables for lunch. I put some mac & cheese and a few pieces of chicken in my container. We walked over to the self check out and placed a container on the scale. Price came up with $20. My partners container was slightly more. With drinks, that would've been about a $50 lunch. Forget it. We left the containers there and walked out. Completely out of there minds for self service. Outrageous.

I cook a lot and the produce and fruit section is incredible. The meat and fish sections are great. I find the raw food prices are comparable to Stop and Shop. I have tried the Arctic Char and the wild salmon; they come in 6 portions that are already nicely packed. This is the best - the food is easy to prep. There are lots of impulse items to tempt you - fancy soaps, face creams. The frozen food section has great veggies. I even saw a $30 bottle of salad dressing! Wow- stay away from those aisles. Just don't step over there!

I love this Whole foods! Its so well stocked and organized. It always smells so nice and the staff is friendly. I wish they had more hot food options and not so many cold salads at the buffet.

They keep taking down my reviews because they don't want the bad publicity! This is a ghetto, dirty store! They do not have a diverse workforce and the employees are rude!!!

If I can give zero star this would be the one. This is the worst and saddest place. Every time I come here it just gets worst and worst. The service is horrible or can I say there is no service unless you wait like 10 minutes or more. This store is not even pack. Just employees doing their own thing aka talking or fighting/arguing with each other. No one is there to helps you with your orders unless you flag them down. Workers are not happy or friendly. They argue with each other in front of everyone like they don't care.If you want wholefood just go to a different one.

I frequent this wholefoods usually has great variety of items but slightly on the pricier side but that's expected as It's wholefoods. Service however is very inconsistent especially at the customer service desk.

Running errands in the area, decided to grab a few items before the winter storm. A large portion of the store had empty shelves. The clothing section only had three items available. It was scary the staff was helpful, and hardworking. The register area was very dark.

Despite the 'sharing with the internal team' note, I went there again this weekend hopeful, but still the same thing! I saw a senior citizen packing their own bags and the cashier passing down the Whole Foods brown bags, while the line piles up because the senior isn't very good at packing bags.... Luckily I got a cashier that packed my bags! Job well done. Again, might as well make them all self check out lanes! Or put up a sign that says 'this lane pack your own bags'...Meanwhile, shopped at Trader Joe's again and bags packed, no questions asked!I will not hope for any change in this location's inconsistent service and will just continue to avoid certain cashiers. Or just go to the West Orange location where they are more consistent.

This is the biggest Whole Foods I've visited in New Jersey. Upon entering I was blessed to see loads of different varieties of apples, which by the way I love especially during this time of year. The staff was busy stocking fresh fruits & veggies while we scanned the area taking in the huge area. It was great strolling the aísles with minimal amount of customers around. It's big store perfect for maintaining distance. I've gone back a few times and always find different items I never saw the last time I shopped. Look forward to visiting a bit more in the upcoming months.

Solid addition of an Amazon return counter at the main entry. Nice and simple, no touch or signing and the good work of the man there had me in/out in a few minutes, no wait and a receipt in my inbox.Inside, store with a lot of generally healthy and good options, a nice box of Fuji apples upfront for 89¢/pound. Lots of deals on organic fruit which was nice, and a good section of meat and fish. Lines were long, though there were a lot of registers, I do prefer the ones in the city where everyone's in the same queue and you go to the first open one. Not the traditional slower pick a line and hope the person in front of you has problems. Parking lot is pretty chaotic, though, a lot of speeding cars.
