The looming hotel by the bar is closed and makes for a dark, creepy drive to Hef's, but the food and drinks are good. The atmosphere is warm and the size of the bar can accommodate larger groups (we had about 12). We didn't sit outside, but there is a large patio area that is tented (winter) with heaters, and would probably be a great space in the warmer months.
1st time here. Looking for a spot AWAY from the Mt Creek crowd. Just a few minutes away. Food was awesome and staff was friendly and engaging.

Worst place I have ever been too bartenders do not know how to make drinks poor service chef is always drinking food comes out extremely slow and undercook and the place just sucks. The bar manager Jenny always looks miserable and unkept. Nobody there knows what they’re doing and it’s pretty obvious. Go anywhere else!!!! They treat good employees horribly they keep the ones who are 21 and steal from them. Must make you believe something else maybe going on between the manager and the 21 girls who steal and know absolutely nothing

This place is horrible the reason they have no staff is because they treat the good employees they did have terribly. The manager should really learn to be professional and actually put people who know what there doing in charge not 21 yr old children who have no clue.

The bartender was horrible. I asked for a Bud. She didn't offer a glass and just placed the unopened bottle in front of me. She was also hard to find when you wanted something. If I'm the owner she needs to go.I ordered wings and couldn't eat them. They had to have been microwaved over and over. The were leftovers for sure. Burnt and way tough

Came here with my friends after Treescape and waited at the bar for 30 minutes. Someone came up after me and the bartender took that person before me, even after making eye contact with me, when all I wanted to ask for was menus for our table of four. My friends were the only non-white people here and I feel we were treated differently because of it. Left without giving any service. Awful place. This was on a Saturday night as well.

Wish I could give zero starts. We waited two hours. One hundred and twenty minutes (!!!) This afternoon for couple crumbling hamburgers, sandwich and fries. The wait did NOT justify the quality of food. I read the other bad reviews before going but went there anyway because we were in Treeascape and this was the nearest restaurant. What a mistake! Please do yourself a favor and avoid going there unless you have hours to wait for less than avrage food. The place wasn't even that busy! We begged them to check on our food constantly as we had crying kids but while the waitress was apologetic it did not help... we still waited 2 hours. We were told to "order in advance, on the phone" next time before we come.

This is a great place to eat after surgery golfing or doing ziplining at the nearby TreEscape Aerial Adventure. The Southwest and Chipotle Chicken Sandwiches were delicious and the fries were on point!Our waitress was very kind and attentive!
