The food is so good. Perfect level of spice in the drunken noodles. Highly recommend this place! Spring rolls were great too and the panang curry with shrimp! Yum

When I was a commuter working in NYC, the Thai Elephant food truck were parked in front of the Belleville Theatre on a certain date. I loved their soup and generally pick some up for dinner in addition to some curry dish. Was excited to hear they are having a restaurant in Verona but disappointed the food are not as good as was at the food truck. And the noise is a lot louder than I like. Unfortunately, we no longer visit here.

Bathroom was so filthy I left my tea at the table and did not order. Anyplace whose bathroom is so dirty must care little for kitchen cleanliness

Aroy D Thai Restaurant in Verona, NJ, stands out as an authentic Thai dining experience with a diverse menu that caters to vegetarians and vegans. While the restaurant may not always accommodate those with allergies, the variety of vegetarian options makes it a go-to spot for plant-based eaters. One of the highlights of Aroy D is their commitment to providing flavorful vegetarian dishes. I have enjoyed their Thai Green Curry, Thai Red Curry, and Penang Curry in the past, which were rich in traditional Thai spices and offered a delightful culinary experience. However, I must note that there has been a recent change in their policy, and they no longer agree to prepare these dishes without corn starch and soy sauce, limiting the choices for those with specific dietary restrictions and allergies. Despite this drawback - I miss having my curries - without allergen corn :( , there are still plenty of delicious options for vegetarians. The Summer Rolls are a refreshing and appetizing starter, filled with crisp vegetables and served with a flavorful dipping sauce. The Vegetable Fried Rice is a personal favorite, boasting a perfect blend of textures and tastes. Additionally, their Sticky Rice with Mango is a sweet and satisfying way to end the meal. Aroy D's Rolled Coconut Ice Cream is a delightful treat when available. The combination of coconut flavor and the unique rolling technique creates a visually appealing and delicious dessert that adds a perfect finishing touch to the dining experience. While it's disappointing that they may not be as accommodating to those with allergies, Aroy D Thai Restaurant remains a reliable choice for vegetarians and vegans seeking authentic Thai cuisine in Verona. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere contribute to an overall positive dining experience, making Aroy D a place worth exploring for Thai food enthusiasts, especially those with a penchant for plant-based options.

I absolutely liked and would recommend this place to anyone craving some Thai food.Found this place on Friday evening - luckily they’re open till 10pm. I ordered 3 appetizers and 1 entree to share. My favorite appetizer was the Pulled Pork Bun, but everything we ordered was tasty. Portions were very fair for the price and we didn’t wait long + The waiters that helped us were kind and kept checking on us if we needed anything or were satisfied with the food as it was coming.Hands-down to their service ??.I will certainly return to try more goodies from here.

Food was really good and the staff is so sweet and friendly. The decor and ambiance are really nice as well. They ran out of ice cream which was a bit sad, but still a 5 star experience. Parking on Bloomfield Ave is rough, plan to walk a bit in case there is no spot nearby.

Cozy little spot to enjoy authentic Thai food. I would recommend for a cute date and or even a group dinner. One of the best part is the dessert menu.
