I love using this Company make the best Cupcakes. I use them every year for different occasions. It was my first time picking up order from Baked Bouquet in Edison, New Jersey. The service was good In the employees were very helpful. Wife said that the Cupcakes were very delicious and she loved them For her valentine gift.

Wow rachel was extremely rude and unhappy because they provided me 6 stale cupcakes yesterday and i brought back 5 cupcakes today, she then told me they were cooked yesterday morning, i then proceeded to explain how my mom had bought for her friend on thursday and they were very moist m. Rachel then proceeded to tell me im only getting 5. She also didnt give me colored frosting only white frosting! Horrible customer service !!! She couldnt give me 6 new cupcakes because her life was sooo hard and she couldn’t provide me colored frosting because shes very miserable ! I think you need to reevaluate your employees !

On March 4, 2023, my daughter ordered a beautiful Edible Flower arrangement from Edison, NJ, Baked Bouquet store. I was amazed and happy! The baked flower cupcake looked beautiful!!! However, the frosting and the vanilla cake were stale and tasteless. By the time I arrived home, the the company was closed. Therefore on Monday, I spoke with the Manager, who understood and surprised me with a tasty, beautiful Pink vanilla cupcake bouquet gift. I posted two stars because I should not have received the first horrible gift for a special day.

Look gorgeous and can be customized. Great for gifting and very colorful. Unfortunately the taste is terrible. Cakes are dry and the cream is disgusting and hard to swallow. The cream is tough and leaves a glaze in your mouth that is horrible. Service is great and the staff is good. I would not return due to bad flavors and cream choices. If this changes, would love to give it another shot as they look gorgeous

I was skeptical because it was my first time ordering from this company but my experience was wonderful. The Pinkalicious Cupcake Bouquet were adorable! The chocolate covered strawberries were great and the bear was perfect! It was delivered with care and great packaging. I would highly recommend.

My husband & I received a gift from Baked Bouquet and it was absolutely PERFECT! It arrived from NJ to Maryland and it was beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Now, my experience with baked goods that look great is that they don't always taste great, but these were amazing. That buttercream frosting was the best. Great product! Great presentation! I can't wait to send these to another lucky person.

First of all, the packaging was perfect down to the details and arrangement of the bouquet. Lastly, the taste….OMG…the frosting was light and the cupcake….moist. I found a new gifting place.

Ordered the Shero - Pink Hydr, Purple Hydr, and Pink/Purple Roses. Fairy Dust and Matte Spray - Beauty (10 cupcakes) - Quatro Special for my mother’s birthday. This was a perfect size for the small gathering we had. Cupcake arrangement was beautiful and they tasted delicious. My mom absolutely loved this surprise.

I am disappointed at the way my arrangement was handled. These cupcakes are at premium prices and deserve premium customer service. I placed my order and noticed it was not clear who was receiving the cupcakes. I called the store to make sure the right person was addressed. Customer service told me to email. I emailed. There no offer to assist - just to email. The day of the delivery I called to confirm my order was coming and that the receiver was addressed properly. The girl who answered offered little to no help. She said no one was checking the emails because the girl was out. Seriously? I was upset. The cupcakes were coming from me to me and no one fixed it despite me following their instructions to email. She had an “oh well” attitude . It’s a shame. My birthday surprise was addressed to me. The cupcakes were good and beautiful but not worth it based on this experience.
