Lakeside Deli is an amazing place for their delicious food! I called to place a catering order at 10:30 and it was ready by 12! Where can you get that kind of service nowadays?? Staff is superb, very knowledgeable and helpful! And the food is Delish! Thanks Lakeside for being there as needed!

My church, Calvary Lutheran, has used Lakeside Deli in the past as a caterer for luncheons (salads and sandwiches). Everything is always beautiful and delicious! Recently, my family has been enjoying the "Family Meals" which are available until 6:30 for busy weeknights or even a Saturday evening dinner. There are many choices, the food is well-prepared, the portions are copious and the price is very fair. I was especially impressed that the cooked vegetables (included with the dinner) are fresh and healthy. Lakeside has special Fund Raiser nights for local causes. The price of the dinner is the same, but the profits are donated. This restaurant has been around for almost 50 years. If you haven't tried it yet, you need to go!

I can't say much for the atmosphere. There was a guy on a ladder and PSE&G trucks outside.Parking: Difficult to get to the parking lot, although there were plenty of spots. I had to go down a few steps with a rickety handrail -which was a little bit hard for me- then walk through a little "alley" to get to the deli. Not too hard.
