Placed my order they just gave me what they thought I wanted I ask them why was the price different he said our prices just went up that wasn't the case he gave me the wrong thing but he did correct it after I had to explain it to him

I love their pretzels. But wish a few things that stopped me from giving it 5 stars.#1: The employees take too much time and ignore you. I get most are young....but still... it's rude. Talk all you want when you don't have customers. Or at least talk while you work and take care of the customers. But if you can't multitask....stop talking to your coworkers and take care of your customers.#2: I wish that when you order online through Door Dash, it would give you the option to add extra seasoning (sour cream, etc) to your pretzel.#3: I wish that they would have all their pretzel flavors available as nuggets and buckets. Especially sour cream. Not just a few flavors like they do.

Horrible. Such rude staff. Asked for a pretzel and got a glare like I was taking away his first born. The young man (late 20's) working the counter needs a customer service 101, So does the female on her phone the whole time. Disappointing and disgusted on how staff is here.

I love their pretzel bites and everything they make is good. They have respect for the customers and the workers are always happy.
Couldn't even use the app to sign up for a free pretzel after buying 3 for $10 i give u no stars but the young man Anthony was very professional and kind. I always come here when i visit the mall. Ok so they made me select a star. Ok so a window just popped up and they wouldn't let me post till i gave a star rating so i have given you one because your app sux and has caused a police officer that was behind me to leave the service line. That's not right at all. I shoulda gotten a free one for all the hell i just went through. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Btw the line was growing and Anthony was the only one helping. It was almost closing time so maybe that's why no one helped him. They prob had to put all those pretzels away and there were a lot.
