Very hard to locate on Landis . We finally found what appeared to be the restaurant however it was very desolate nothing compared to what is represented on Google maps.I DON'T KNOW ¿!¡??

Called to place an order today on 5/28/21 and, their customer service is horrible! My daughter in law placed an order and they couldn’t even give us a time to pick them up?♀️When we called back and asked what time we can pick them up, they said you have to come in and place an order?♀️The order was already placed on the phone... Customer service I’m big on and this place is rude! Too bad your crabs are good but, we won’t ever call and order here again!

I am going to give this establishment 2 stars and it would be one for accommodating our large group on a short notice but Jalea ( maybe spelled incorrectly) did her best to assure our night was not completely ruined. Upon securing the venue I was told that dine in service was not available so brings that he is opening the doors it would be a fee. I completely understood you have to pay your staff for tending to our group. The reservation was made for 5:30pm food was still be cooked at 6:15pm. I expected to have a Buffett of food. I was offered a meal I make on Sunday at home. The food was okay everybody had their own opinions about dishes. Drinks were not available with dinner; Jalea took care of that. This all around was a very bad experience that lacked professionalism but thank you to the staff that made it that much better to assure we had a good evening for my moms day.

Our food was extremely dry . The fish was dry , the chicken was dry and the macaroni and cheese was dry . On top of that, we paid over $80.00 . The phone was answered by teenagers who passed the phone around like it was preschool. This was the second time the food wasn’t edible. That was out last time. We drove over 20 minutes for bad food and horrible service . The fact that people aren’t able to dine out , doesn’t mean that the service and quality should change. In fact, you should value our dollar even more in the midst of this pandemic ! I hope that you will use this as constructive help .

ordered food through uber eats, an hour later was called and told they didnt have ribs. So I changed that item to another. 30 minutes later, the delievery driver called and said they didnt have meatloaf. so I waited an hour and 30 minutes to be told they have nothing in stock. order cancelled. never going to come back to this buisness. not even a courtesy call from the buisness when the order was placed, the delievery driver had to make the call. thanks for nothing!
