Del's is easily the best ice cream spot in the city. generous portions, lots of options, and a good amount of outdoor seating. i appreciate the umbrellas, it gets sunny on that side of the building. the service is pretty standard, they stay busy through the summer so there isn't much time for conversation but they get your order out to you in a fairly reasonable amount of time. i've been a regular for over 15 years now, tried almost everything on the menu and will continue to keep coming back.

If you're coming for the soft serve, it's average if I'm being honest. BUT, if you're coming for the hard ice cream then you're at the right place because it is DELICIOUS! STILL my favorite place to come for ice cream the past 15 years. Chocolate chip cookie dough is my favorite

don’t go on a Sunday night literally 30 minute wait,two people working and no one comes to the window line out around the building this is ridiculous hire management, or shut the doors you can’t keep customers happy if they can’t get served

Here visiting from out of town and I didn't want to waste soooo much time in line for some ice-cream. There are a few benches and trash cans and cheap pictures taped on the windows. For somewhere so busy you would think they would invest in more staff to keep lines low and more signage to make this place look better if your going to make people wait 30+ minutes in line on a Sunday night.

Rode 2 hrs, crossed state lined to get some NJ frozen custard! Was not disappointed!! Get a cup spoon with SMALL...or do what I did. Kiddie size... went out for a real Jersey sub, back for another kiddie cone!!
This guy (staff) was so rude and rushing us to order, on top of that he came from the back doing who knows what and wasn't wearing gloves handling the cones and money.. smh.. either wear gloves or have the cones with paper around it like they do at Serenes, which is where I'm hooked on going now..

So yea I would think if you are working for tips to at least have a smile on your face and be POLITE and professional to the customers. Instead the girl with the pink colored hoodie on and hair pulled back at 8pm on 7/26 was anything but!!! She was rude, short and slammed our ice cream down next to the window. I noticed there was barely anything in the tip jar. LOL. Enough said.
