We have been enjoying the food at Double Eagle for the last several years. Their bbq tenders are dinner at least once a week and they are our go to when we have company. Recently, I inquired about having a surprise bday party for my better half. Matt was amazing and so helpful. The party was fantastic and as always the food was delicious. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. The appetizers were good. A very nice experience four stars until I got dinner. Cheese curds and crab fries were great. Then dinner came. I honestly don't even know what those burgers are made of. Super salty, greyish patty with funny texture. Even the pork barbecue was super salty. I get food prices are high but just charge a little more for your burgers and don't serve whatever that was. Not a good way to end the night. The buns were decent but the meats were scary bad.

The food was a bit oily, and the oil in the fryer was definitely old. Had to rush home to do the duty after that. Our server was good, but she was the only server with about 7 tables, so kudo's to her.

This is our go-to spot around the corner. The best cheesesteak in vineland is always a topic for debate, but Double Eagle has it. The wings are almost always excellent, and depending upon the chef, my preference for a medium rare burger is honored. Their dry rub was hard to pass up, a artful mix of spicy, sweet, and salty, but it has become inconsistent over the last few years. There is a solid selection of good local beers. The inside can be loud if it's crowded, so if you're seeking a quiet place to eat, sit on the (enclosed) porch if it's open. Service is usually quick and friendly. Love this place.
Used to love going here, but had a few bad experiences the last few times we went with really slow service and seemed to be a downfall in the food quality. We decided to give it another shot with take out to avoid the slow service. Ordered a burger with no cheese and sweet potato fries and got a cheeseburger and regular fries. So incredibly disappointing. They have so much potential but we will not be returning

Busy Saturday night. Service good. Wouldn't recommend getting any Brisket dishes as it was tough and full of gristle. Chicken and fried fish dishes were fine. Fun place, good music.
