EXCELLENT customer service, all the staff were very very nice, the drinks were pitch perfect. Small Mexican lady with long eyelashes was super nice and another smallMexican boy who was super charming and super respect full, I rate it a 20/10 last night there was this super nice Indian man was super super nice and flirty that I wanted to give him my number ?? I highly recommend the sourdough breakfast sandwich with American cheese, bread extra toasty, bacon toasty ??and for drinks I would say strawberry dragon fruit with water ???

Made my mocha coca latte and it had no flavor just tasted like water down coffee.so i asked the lady to give me more pumps of mocha and she gave me an attitude and remade it and was rude about it. And it still tasted the same as before.

Their door says open 5am to 9pm, we pulled up a few minutes before 7pm so we can go inside to see what looks good, but we had to wait a minute to finish a call and the chick inside walks up to the door and locks it! We went to the drive thru and asked what time the inside closes and she said 6pm, so why did she JUST lock it at 7pm? It seems like she just didnt want to be bothered and not the only one working in there. We called another location near by and their inside is open until 9, its farther away and I have to waste gas to get there, but I'm not going to take the chance of this store tampering with my food with an attitude like that.
I mean what can you say its Dunkin's customer service is good especially in the mornings.

Maybe there were only two people working, I'm not sure. There was a lady behind the counter, but not at the register, who paused and looked at me but before I could open my mouth she turned away and continued filling someone's order from her headset. That happened three times. I was bemused. She finally took my order from not too long a wait. I mean she could have just smiled and asked me to give her a minute! ?Parking: Several spots available.
