Great pizza, great drinks, great people. Donna and Sam are very friendly and attentive to customers. Bartender was also kind. Got a personal pizza and garlic knots, both DELICIOUS. They anticipated the pizza and knots taking a little bit and offered garlic bread in the mean time, which hit the spot. I little pricey, but worth it.

Italian food served NJ-diner-style. Brought my family here for an early dinner. Portions, as with many diners, were huge. We got risotto balls as an appetizer. Between that, bread, and my soup, I was full before the entree arrived. The French onion soup was good. Risotto balls were good too--hard to go wrong with rice and cheese and tomato sauce! My gnocchi was good. the creamy tomato sauce and cheese made it a rich meal, so I ate a little bit but brought the rest home for lunch the next day (or two). Another person enjoyed their penne with vegetables (broccoli and zucchini). The captain's combo, a fried seafood platter with deviled clam, crab cake, two jumbo fried shrimp, and a flounder or tilapia filet--plus fries--was pretty good. One person felt it was over-fried, but another person also ordered it and loved it. Lots of leftovers for the next day as well. We had no room for dessert, but they looked sooo good. They make them all in-house. The special was a "peanut butter Kandy Kake" inspired cake. I'm sure my family will ask to come back here.
