This is the most unprofessional and uncoordinated restaurant ever. my husband called to place an order (our address pops up on their system with our phone numbers because we have ordered multiple times from them before today), the lady taking the order finished the order by saying that he needed to present ID at delivery. That’s the weirdest thing we ever heard from a Chinese delivery place but we let it go. An hour and 15 mins go by and as my husband is about to call them, they call and tell him that they can’t deliver the food because our address is too far and we can pick it up, if we still want it. AFTER AN HOUR AND 15 MINS, our address is too far!!!! (we live 10mins away). Unacceptable customer service and very sketchy. Will never be ordering from them again.

1st of all I can barely understand them n their attitude is rude .2nd I wanted to exchange white rice for Lobster fried rice n they wouldn't let me do it, I had to order a pint of it n got stuck with more rice than I wanted.

I placed an order for two things like him. There's no two L bottle of Coke. He told me to call the store I know when I'm on the job I handle things I don't tell my customers into things out of my responsibility but I called back and explained four times and then he said the manager we had to call me and then the manager called me and I explained it four times and they said they would bring me like 2 L bottles soda and we hung up 10 minutes went by I realize I had eaten most of the food already before I had gotten off the phone and I was really craving something different. I called back and I said listen since you drivers on the way to get my soda let me add to the order but of course I had to explain that four times and then wait for the manager to call me back and then when they did, the driver had come and gone so I couldn't get anything else, and I want a cold because place I have an order in two screwed me up seven literally seven times in a row and I'm really trying to stay positive with everything but I know when I go to work if I don't do my job somebody knows right away I correct my work and I don't get away with running a business in the ground because people are spinning your wheels over and over your delivery people suffer when the people who answer the phone I have a sleeping can't pay attention to the order. I know what's going on in this country maybe too many Covid shots, but seems like all the sudden I'm down south last six months nobody can speak at a normal rate nobody can think beyond an absolute question and nobody is willing to do anything outside of their absolute tiny little world in there you can say that I'm being negative or that I need to calm down but you know what I've been there already I know how to handle my job I don't need to dwell with ignorance. There's plenty of places to order and yeah I could go on, but there's no reason even to kick them when you're down. Interestingly enough, you know I'm not a computer guy but getting on the site six months ago what came to the top was like they weren't selling food. Let me put it to you that way it look like more like an Asian red light District print up and food good but I would suggest you go there in order in person. In the meantime I don't really always know how to say thank you and goodbye and between them screaming at each other and then on the phone with me asking stupidest question over and over they just hang up and I know it's not the same culture as me but I've been here 60+ years and we usually say hello ask who were looking to speak with after we announce ourselves and say goodbye before we hang up

Delicious food. I ordered the chicken wings with pork fried rice combo and it was so damn good lol. The chicken wings were so crispy and fresh, not like any other wings I've had before- and the rice was pretty good too. None of it tasted like it had MSG and I felt great after housing it all down. Definitely recommend!! The rest of my family ordered sweet n sour chicken, lo mien and other items and they said it was good too. Not to mention they delivered my food quickly and it was still hot.
Omg this is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. Food is fresh, homemade, and absolutely the way it is supposed to be done. Only 1 con, they only deliver within a 3 mile radius. So I'm 3.1 miles away, and no go. But otherwise, amazing amazing food!!

Could look better in the restaurant, and they could change up there specials once in awhile. Same combo platters and lunch specials.. But all in all I like the quality and quantity. And nice workers.Worth the stopParking: Across the street in the church or theatre parking lots, along with street parking.
