The food and drinks were as to be expected from Olive Garden. The service was not. My family and I went to dine in about an hour and a half before closing, and it was very obvious we were not wanted. From the second we sat down, we were rushed as if we came a minute before closing. It was bad enough that most of the soups, drinks etc were unavailable, but every word the server said was as if trying to hurry up so either we can leave, or he can. From slamming our drinks at the table, talking a mile a minute, barely staying long enough to give us time to request something or ask a question about an item, getting exasperated when asking about menu items, or pushing us to hurry up (“You want me to put everything together? You want the check?”). We didn’t even get a proper introduction, just immediately “What drinks can I get you”. We even asked if he was rushing and he told us “too many of us came in at the same time” it was about three other families in there on a Friday night. As someone who recently worked in the restaurant industry as a server, it was unacceptable and disrespectful. No one wants to go somewhere with their family and feel like they’re being rushed or not wanted. Especially way before closing. The food was great but please teach your servers to be more hospitable and welcoming to guests that dine here.

We visited the Olive Garden in Vineland, N.J. Our wait time was about 5 minutes on a Friday evening. That's a plus. Our server who may have Gypsy heritage was super friendly & helpful. Our dinner was served in a very timely manner & no screw ups. Thanks for a family friendly dinner,

Love this restuarant. All of the staff there we're courteous pleasant from the door, to the table and all through the meal. A little pricey but the food is very much well worth it. The entrance, dining area and the bathrooms were very clean. The best part of experience was the waitress Zulieka F. ? She was very friendly and outgoing and always smiling she brought us everything we asked for pretty fast with not much waiting and even if she was walking away from another table she had never once hesitated to stop for a sec and help us. I've been to plenty of the restuarants in the Cumberland County area but the Vineland Olive Garden I've been to once and by far my favorite already. Like I said it's a little pricey but if you have a little extra cash and want great customer service, a beautiful environment, great food and drinks I would definitely recommend the Vineland Olive Garden. Thank you Zulieka for making it a great first experience for myself and my Family.?

Omg WONDERFUL SERVICE TODAY!!! I had an order at lunch time and the food was tremendous. Top notch you really get what you pay for and then some I have enough food for lunch and dinner. The lasagna is on point. I almost died and want to heaven eating the Tiramasu. Not only that ..the salad was put in an extra container and it's big enough for your lunch itself. I got three bread sticks with my meal. Everyone made my lunch awesome. The person that brought it up to the car was all smiles. If you're looking for a place to go to save money. This is it , you get your money's worth. Presentation perfect!!! Goo job!!!

The service was great, but the food was severely lacking. We just had soup & salad and it really was a disappointment. Not at all the flavor I remember, both the salad and soup just seemed like they were missing something.

My family and I decided to go to Olive Garden for dinner last night. There was no wait, which was nice. However, that was about it besides the drink I had. I'm a bigger guy, and we were a party of 4 adults, 1 almost adult and a child - for whatever reason, the host sat us at the booth, table combo, so no arm room and you felt confined. The server Sergio was cool and, for the most part, attentive. However, he never offered to bring us more bread - minor detal, so it's not that bad. Whoever made my drink did a good job (amaretto sour). I remember the food being good at Olive Garden, but that was not the case. No salt, no flavor, really. I got the chicken and shrimp carbornara and yuk. The picture was after I ate 2 bites. I added salt, pepper, and cheese, but nothing made that mess better. Sadly disappointed.Parking: Plenty of parking around 3/4' of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very accommodating.

Me and the family used to go to Olive Garden every few weeks after watching a movie at 14th Street Union Square. There was an Olive Garden on 23rd. This was our go to, we celebrated group birthdays here. Then it got too expensive and we stopped going. While on vacation we saw one and everyone was down to go. We were seated and the 1st thing to arrive were the bread sticks. So buttery and dusted with garlic and cheese and warm. We ordered our apps and entrees and the next delivery was the salad. This is a large communal salad that has everything and cheese mixed in. Olives and peppers are non-grata, but everything else is fine. The dressing although over everything, is not overwhelming. The entrees are non-threatening Italian offerings, a real Italian would curse you out if you compared this and a real Italian restaurant, but this is comfort food, enjoy it!Parking: 20+ spots, take out spots as wellKid-friendliness: Activity sheet and crayonsWheelchair accessibility: Flat area to navigate without issue

Food was ok, but chicken parm was over cooked and missing flavor. Had to wait to eat my salad due to them not able to find the oil and vinegar. The guy who helping bring out our food seemed annoyed like we were bothering him. They were starting to hit the dinner rush and they all seemed very
