The ONLY time you get a decent sandwich is when the older gentleman is working. These young kids just don’t want to work, have terrible work habits. If they don’t have the older man there working in front of them, your sandwich will be made poorly, incorrectly and take over 45 mins for ONE sandwich. There were about anywhere from 6-8 people in here waiting for food and having this exact same complaint about the older man needing to be on site because these kids are not working out. It’s been so consistently bad here over the last year and it’s a shame since it’s the only one in area. The amount of orders that are wrong, missing half the order, incredibly soggy bread, is unreal. Even the “fresh” packaged food is really gross and gone bad, the bottled drinks are warm in the fridge, the bags of chips are literally stale and inedible when you open them but the oatmeal raisin cookies are really good, so there’s that hahah. This place costs too much for a simple hoagie to take as long as it does and for it to be consistently made poorly and wrong. These teenage or very young adult workers are just not built like they use to be.

Veggie Diablo from Primos in Vineland on 16MAR24. Nothing but eggplant and cheese. Not the quality we’d expect from this institution known for subs. Not up to par from past experiences. Please do better in the future. Extra star is only because the Italian sub was spot on.

Love the Veggie Nonna with breaded eggplant, broccoli rabe and provolone. Good bread which makes the sandwich delicious. Like the small containers of pasta salad and mini mozzarella balls. A good sandwich

I would like to say this establishment is great. I did place an order and was upset I did not receive what I ordered. However, I called and spoke with a lady who was soooo super nice. Also, the owner called me and apologized and was also super nice. Just goes to show that sometimes you may not always get what you order, but if you are nice and don’t make everything worse by being ignorant to people- you receive the service you expect. Thank you Primos! I will be back!

The subs are usually pretty good here. Each time I get theTurkey Schwartzie Bowl size however, I get something different. Sometimes there's just a little coleslaw and sometimes, like last night, there's a ton of it. I ordered it with lettuce, onion, and hot peppers, but there were none.

We did online ordering. The employees were all friendly which is awesome because you don't see that much anymore.

My first time visiting. I ordered a 6-inch meatball sandwich and it only had two meatballs on it. $6.50 for bread and two small meatballs, which I couldn't see til I opened the sandwich. Soda was 2.50 and a small bag of chips was also sold separately, making my total around $17. Taste was nothing to brag about or mention.

I can't thank the staff enough for being as reliable as they are. We've tried a lot of different caterers from EzCater, but none that are as consistent and reliable as the Vineland Primos. Also, I wanted to thank Jordan for being such an amazing help when we had a last minute change.A really great staff, great food & great service! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: They're happy to accommodate orders with dietary restrictions.

Manager was extremely rude and my online order was not ready 2 hours later with no explanation or apology for 2 sandwiches. Terrible experience, I've been going here for years and today was just awful. Never going back.

Imagine craving an Primos hoagie because it was so good in the Swedsboro location and you see there was a Primos in Vineland location just for your sandwich to be hard as hell. I live in Florida where there aren't any Primo hoagies. I am a New Jersey native tho. I went to one while visiting band got the "Abruzzi". This is roast pork, sharp provolone and seasoned broccoli rabe! An amazing sandwich. Service was great too.

My family's favorite spot to get sandwiches. The seeded bread is so good! I would recommend trying.
