food was really good, the meals anyways. the appetizer we got was the chips, salsa and guacamole. the chips had a funky, stale taste too them. the salsa was really spicy and the guacamole was very chunky and very hard to smash up into creamy, smaller pieces. would not recommend.our waitress was on her last day of training her newest waiter and he did a pretty descent job. he got a little frazzled, but it was just his nerves getting the best of him. he just wanted to do a good job and he did.we went around 4-6pm on a weekday so it was pretty quite. so the atmosphere was great.Parking: it's part of the outside buildings of the Cumberland Mall off Delsea Dr in Vineland NJ. so they have a lot of parking options. Definitely during this time of year.Wheelchair accessibility: plenty of handicap parking as I am handicap. they have a flat sidewalk perfect for those in wheelchairs too get inside the building, but getting to the table in a chair might be tight to get to for those in a chair. I'm not a wheelchair user, but it definitely looks like it would be a tight fit for those who use one.

I love Red Robin! The burgers and chicken sandwiches are amazing, the onions rings are crunchy and the strawberry lemonade was yummy! Also, my bf loved his fish & chips. The employees were all awesome as well!

We ordered food at the restaurant and the cashier G.. didn't let us eat there like we were supposed to eat so if she wasn't going to let us sit in a chair, it's absurd, terrible service????
I have been visiting this place since it opened but recently went in for a business dinner with some colleagues and the place was a mess the poor guy LeMon who waited on us was so overwhelmed while the other staff stood in kitchen area laughing and having a good time cooks walking back and forth no one seemed to have direction we ordered a few drinks they were wrong we ordered long Island iced teas it taste like spiked lemonade when we asked about it we were told it's pre-made and that's how it comes. We ordered the garlic aioli sauce and was given some sauce that tasted like straight pepper when we asked the server he took it and still left it on the bill and said that's how the cooks made it we ordered bone in wings and was given boneless when we told the server it was wrong it took 15 min to get a replacement by then we were all finished with our meals it was such a bad experience that I think I will not be visiting here again till they get staff that care and want to work and to top it all off in the past a manager would come by your table and ask how things were not this time I guess the manager now there doesn't care.

Food was very good. The place was so cold you had to have your coat and hat on. Asked the waiter if they could turn the heat on or the fan off and he went and asked the hostess and she said there was nothing they could do. Even the waiters had jackets on.

It's a shame how bad the service has gotten. The food is usually okay to good but the service is what kills it. We sat for 20 mins before getting silverware and then another 10 minutes before leaving after being told multiple times by the waitress she would be right with us. It was like we were invisible all night. Ended up having to go somewhere else just to get some actual food. We also heard multiple people complain while we were waiting. As we left someone said "good choice" after just having complained to the manager about their cold food. And just a note about how busy they were, 4 tables, that was it including my table.
