I ordered a custom salad with feta. I was sent a salad with this soggy, moldy cheese (no, it’s not blue cheese) that had a pungent odor which was a dead give away that it was not edible. My daughter thought maybe it was just blue cheese and, despite my warning that blue cheese would not have the wet appearance that this cheese did, she tasted it. She confirmed it was moldy feta and promptly vomited. The whole order was thrown away.

The food was good we had fast service but a bad employee who not in any kind of good mood. we just wanted cups of water and he failed to tell us it's $2.99 per cup. just want ahead and charged us $5.98 extra. I wish I could have taken the tip back. this saladworks is in the Cumberland Mall. We won't come back.

Very inattentive staff of young adults who don’t even greet you. They stated the seating area was closed at 6 pm when the Cumberland Mall closed at 8 that night.

The ladies were sweet, I will say that. My lettuce was terrible and every piece was brown just about, the roll was hard as a rock and tasted old, and the worker was told more than once what I did and didn’t want on my salad and still put the wrong things on it.

Salad was supposed to have romaine and iceberg only had iceberg my wheat roll was so hard I could not even squeeze it let alone bite it. They said bread is hard when taken out of oven I come here once a week and never had rolls that hard. This is not a cheap salad the quality should be there always.

My co-workers & I frequent this location for the Wednesday salad deal. Would recommend faxing in your order if you are with a group as it gets busy at lunch. Salads are always fresh & made to order!

The girls had great customer service skills and were very pleasant. My food was ready before I got there. All utensils were wrapped and included. I've never had a bad experience and making an order for pick up was just as great.
