When you walk in Taco Bell at 2:43 in the afternoon and it is completely empty. I walk up to the counter he says do I need help with the kiosk and I said no. I would like to order in person. She says I suggest you order at the kiosk. I explained that my husband who was with me who is disabled because of rheumatoid arthritis. We can't touch the screens with all the germs. So I asked did you just wipe it and of course she didn't. So we cannot use that. So she refused to service us. Funny if I would have went through the drive-thru. I'm sure she would have taken our order like that verbally. But for some reason in store, they will not take your order verbally. Don't waste your time. They do not have compassion in this establishment. Take your money to Chick-fil-A across the street where you truly experience customer service. Taco Bell pay attention. You can learn a lesson.

This was the first Taco Bell I’ve been at where my food wasn’t made sloppy. Everything tasted pretty good and the veggies on it were more fresh than normal. I never would have thought I’d rate a Taco Bell a 5 star…. Yet here I am!

The food was great. Service was horrible. Around 8ish, I waited at the front counter for about 10 mins for someone to take my order and there was no one dining in besides the 4 of us, the people working just kept walking in front of me and didnt even get a hello. I finally said Can someone please help me? A young girl who was prepping food in the back said: tell her to order at the self checkout screen. I went to the screen and couldn't find what I was looking for, I went back to the counter for help and was given an attitude and told, what do you want? The lady took my order, placed the plastic cups and receipt on the counter and didn't say a word, I was so disappointed and mad but couldn't go somewhere else, we were hungry for taco bell and had a 9 pm movie to go to. Definitely will not be going back here. The people working that night were rude. And for now on, we will make sure we have plenty of time to eat before a movie, in case this happens to us again, so we have time to go somewhere else. Thanks for the lesson Taco Bell!Not sure how to give 0 stars for service. They do not deserve a star.
