Best burger I’ve had in a long time!!! Made to order and perfectly done. Only suggestion is to lightly toast the bun.Update: thanks for letting me know that I could ask for toasted bun. I forgot to mention…the fresh produce including quality Jersey tomatoes greatly enhanced the flavorful and juicy burger!!!
Hands down one of the best trucks you're going to come across whether its at a festival or winery visit. Francine and her team not only offer some of the highest quality food, but their service and attention to detail (from the burgers to the condiments) is matched by none.Consider yourself fortunate when you find them on your radar and make sure to savor every bite =)

If Top Shelf is at an event, I will order there rather than one of the other trucks. In all the years of ordering, I have never had something I was not happy with. Food is always delicious and is a step above other offerings. Wait times are contingent upon how hefty the crowd is that day. I always factor that in and it has not been a problem for me.
