Customer service is so bad here. The “manager” Lizzie is an 18 year old girl who has an attitude and talks to you however she wants. This was honestly my favorite chipotle to go to, and I traveled to just for the wonderful food but honestly will never go back after being treated so horrible here.

Good lord above. All I want at 10:45 on a sunday night is a burrito with guacamole. Is that too much to ask? My girlfriend and I ordered chipotle and spent two extra dollars for guacamole on my burrito. Now i was skeptical about this from the jump because the previous time we had ordered Chipotle (thru doordash) they had also forgotten the guacamole. I don’t know if that was from Voorhees or Bellmawr, but nonetheless I was hoping they would do better this time. They did not. The only reason people go to this grossly overpriced store is for the grossly overpriced guacamole. $2.50 for a little scoop of guac on my ten-dollar burrito? What kind of world are we living in? Additionally, the guy who handed us our bag was a sassy pants and did not offer the customer service I was seeking. My girlfriend brings up a good point. We showed up at about 10:45, fifteen minutes before the store closed. It’s not as if we were there at 10:59. Even still, our time of arrival should have nothing to do with the quality of our food and their service. This is the second time I’ve had $2.50 robbed from me by chipotle and I will not be going back unless I REALLY want a burrito. But it’ll be a cold day in hell before i go back to Chipotle in Voorhees.

The food was enjoyable.Parking: Lots of parking spots.
Place used to be good but now portions are tiny. Not worth the money especially since they are not cheap. Not sure if they’ve decided to cut back but last few times we’ve been there our bowls were half the usual portions. We go there multiple times a month. No more now. Too bad.

I don't really care too much for Chipotle but everyone I was with wanted to get it. I got a veggie burrito bowl. The person who made my bowl was stingy with thr veggies even after I asked for extra and saying I would pay. But this has happened to me at other Chipotle locations. Another thing was the tabasco sauces were not out like other locations. The store was very clean!Vegetarian options: Great choices but do not give you a lot of veggies.

I just wanted the grilled chicken to add to my salad, I brought from home. Also ordered a side Guacamole and chips.I understand That prices have gone up. But this was totally ridiculous. $7 and some change. For a side of grilled Chicken. They got me once, but they will never get me Again posting a picture.

There was a lot of trash on the floor when I entered the store! Someone was making a big pile before picking it up. This was a turnoff but glad it was being cleaned up! Also, the chicken was very dry and some of the sauces seemed to spill over onto the food! I am a new customer and didn't have the best experience!

The individuals here are very rude. When I walked in, I waited until I was acknowledged as I see everyone is working with another customer or order. Eventually after just staring for mins. I asked for my order and the women there did not understand me after even attempting to use Google translator.Then I went to ask another worker for my order, and they’ve looked very confused at me.I would expect customer service to be better, but I understand if this is a franchise chipotle and still growing and developing in the market. But customer service is everything.
