Terrible customer service - do not recommend. Waiter harassed me and my friends for not tipping and said “if we can’t tip, we should get take out.” Table next to us was getting excellent service, they were being asked how their food was and how was everything and to have a good day. None of that was presented to us. Customer service is a joke and we do feel discriminated against.

My wife heard about this place through a co-worker and we decided to dine here on a Friday. At this point, we need to declare that we are African American and its essential to point that out at now. As we approached the front desk, we received a very timid welcome by the young woman working at the front-desk. Not sure if she was having a tough day but we gestured a smile back her. Within a minute we were seated which was great. Our waitress who seated us was very nice. She immediately took a liking to our kids who were on their best behavior. As someone who often dines at restaurants, I'm used to the weird steering by the staff, especially when black folks are the minority at the establishment. Our fellow patron diners next to us who were white were very friendly. As I scanned the crowd, I noticed an older gentleman who seemed to be on the ownership side welcoming and shaking hands very enthusiastically to new patrons coming in the restaurant. He showed the same attitude towards those leaving, saying good night very loudly. They could have been regulars, but I wondered why my family and I who are black were made to feel demurred and unnoticed ! As the evening continued I couldn't shake the feeling of a pair of eyeballs glancing back and forth at our table. Be as it may, our family really enjoyed the food. Again our waitress was very nice to us all. As we got up and were leaving I purposely walked very slow, waiting to hear a warm greeting that didn't come. The same gentleman failed miserably to complete the experience he gave to others and not to my family and I. The lesson here is, if the goal of the restaurant was to create a good dining experience for all, they can't be racist and selective with who dines at their restaurant. They should be welcoming to all regardless of the color their skin. I hope this review is read by the ownership of this restaurant and take the opportunity to reflect and do things differently when it comes to welcoming their guess. I don't think I will be going back but I hope others have a different experience who look like me.

I was eating with my daughter in law at this establishment for dinner on a saturday night … in the middle of dinner , a rat ran across the floor . restaurant manager stated “this place is so big and everything is closed so we have no control” … ummmmm ?…. and no one was even apologetic .

Agreed! It's the only place to go when you want great Chinese! Everywhere around me (Washington Twp) is just different grades of "bad." Ingredients are high quality -- no gristle chicken/ or slimy chicken. Great sauces -- no generic brown sauce that they throw on every dish. Recommend Beef Chow fun, Shrimp lo mein, chicken and broccoli, pot stickers, any soup, etc. Fabulous. I wish they were closer!

It's nestled in the Voorhees Town complex among other restaurants. We ordered some handrolls from here. The restaurant has a good ambiance, although nothing particularly remarkable stood out. Nonetheless, I would be willing to give it another try.

We were great fans of the original Chez Elena Wu and were somewhat disappointed by this restaurant. The food was definitely not the same . My favorite dish was,Thai basal chicken and the dish they brought out did not have any basil in it and tasted like any other dish. The dishes did not have an individual taste. They all tasted the same. The service and ambiance were good.

As far as food is concerned, Elena wu is probably the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been in. The food is expensive but the quality is amazing and not oily. You get what you paid for and in the case of Elena Wu, it is delicious quality
