The food is always great at this location compared to some others nearby. I usually get tofu but I tried the shrimp that they have for a limited time and it was so well seasoned and good. I usually pick up my food but the dining room also seems very clean & well kept. Keep up the great work

They give a tiny amount of meat for the initial portion. If you ask for any extra they will give you a tiny scoop, charge you, and refuse to add more unless you pay even more. Absolutely

I just ate here, the food is portioned small, it looks just like chipotle or Qdoba like a knockoff but Smaller portions, same price as them this is not Mexican food

Went to Pancheros at the Ritz Plaza, Voorhees. Ordered 2 chicken tacos with just cheese for my 9 year old granddaughter. The cheese portion was ridiculously small when I brought it to the manager's attention. I was informed that is what it is supposed to be, and if I wanted more, I would have to pay extra. This is the 3rd time that I have been there and I have been disappointed. I will definitely not visit there anymore and will show the photographs of the meal to my neighbors and let them know how this establishment responds to a customer complaint.
Very good food and very quick service. Place to pick up order and it was ready within 10 minutes. Was able to order the burrito bowl exactly as I wanted it and it was delicious.Vegetarian options: You can order a lot of the menu items without meat. They have the option of rice and beans and vegetables.Dietary restrictions: You can create your own tacos, burrito bowls and other items to meet your dietary needs.

Aye y'all the burrito is superior to chipotle but the chips and queso leave something to be desired. This is obviously a chipotle/qdoba knockoff but the handmade/warmed tortillas add the perfect value proposition to the burrito. Blue chips are a small differentiator but just ain't as good yall. 5 stars tho. Stay trill.
