I don't know if I am telling you anything you don't already know, but most items are overpriced. The atmosphere is almost there to make up the difference of the cost, but its not clean. Lastly, put in some outlets. I like to stop in to do work between clients and grab a bite to eat. There are no outlets. Lately, I have been going elsewhere. It's a shame when I think a business has potential and its wasted because of complacency. You are doing well here as a business because there are no substitutes in the area. This is good for you, but not something I'd be hanging my hat on.

Went to this Panera Bread location with my boyfriend. Had the tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. My boyfriend had a salad as he wasn't really that hungry. Right when we got through the door, we noticed an older male employee act a little strange by giving off a creeping vibe, like staring too long at my boyfriend and getting in our way when we were getting drinks at the machine for their special beverages, like green tea and iced tea. I had the green tea. He wanted iced tea, but when he tasted the iced tea, he noticed it was actually iced coffee. One of the employees put the wrong drink in where the iced tea was supposed to be. Our food was great, but after those bad encounters, we strongly decided we won't be back at this location. My boyfriend is tall and masculine. Sounds like something isn't quite right with that older employee, who they say is the general manager. He acts strange for a GM.

I ordered my husband a tomato soup and grilled cheese. I was texted that it was ready so I got up to get it and the food wasn’t there. They ended up remaking it and sealed the bag. I thought nothing of. I get home give him the bag he takes the apple out and bites it. He instantly spit it out. I asked what happened? He said it’s bad. I took it from him and it was literally MOLDY and rotten! Wth! WHY WOULD THIS BE IN THEIR INVENTORY AND WHY WOULDNT YOU CHECK IT BEFORE ADDING IT TO SOMEONES BAG! DISGUSTING

The food and coffee was okay. I've definitely liked Panera food more at other locations. I think this one is going to be remodeled soon or at least I hope they do. The booths were absolutely filthy and disgusting. I felt uncomfortable sitting there.

I asked for a kids apple to be cut and I was told no they don't do that at this location because they don't have the tools. I was given a butter knife so I can't do it myself. It's crazy to me how they rather loose a customer. Also one of the drink container was empty.

Traveling thru and decided on Penera..always a favorite.Sorry to say the facility was very dirty...from the dirty rug as you enter the entrance to the floor to beverage area and forget about the bathroom! Clean up your act please!

This location is great across the board! A 'must try' is the sausage egg and cheese on their cinnamon toasted (and buttered of course) bagel. Panera will always get 4 stars without the gluten free options that people have been calling for over a decade now! What gives Panera???

I ordered online from this location and this is the second time now that I did not receive everything I ordered. I paid over $30 for my food and didn’t get my two sides. I think it’s ridiculous they keep skimping out on all of my order. I bet if I ordered in they would add all my items. If I’m paying for food I want everything I’m supposed to get with it. Do better.

This place was filthy! I would have posted a picture of the ladies room but it might make people throw up ?. The floors were dirty the tables weren’t clean and when we arrived at 5:10pm there were very few customers . In the past it was not like this. I was there maybe 6 months ago.
