Always stop at this Pretzel Factory...No More! Stopped today and got pretzels that were hard as rocks when I got home. Must have been from weekend!! If I hadn't come from cancer treatment I would have driven back but was tired. I buy trays from there never had problem till yesterday! Horrible, absolutely horrible! Shame on that employee for selling that to a customer!!

Order pretzels for a school function and Philly pretzel factory had them all ready for pick up and even helped bring them to my car!! Definitely would do use them again in the future:)

I have ordered from here, 2 years In a row. On this second year my party was going to be rained out and they easily were able to re schedule my platter for my party the next day. They really have great customer service at this location. Super kind. Great food. I would highly recommend this location because they tick all the boxes that a good business should have. Thank you Kelsey and boss! The party was a hit and everyone loved the food. I will keep ordering from here.

I have been coming here for years, but the last few months the food has not been good. If you visit during off peak hours like after 2pm, the food is stale. The hot dogs are dried out and shriveled up. The pretzels are so light in color looks like they were barely even baked. It's a shame as they had great food. But seems when the owners are not around the service goes downhill..I don't always have the time to wait around for them to cook fresh food either. But really no excuse for serving food that is well beyond sale ability.

Pretzels are always fresh here. Owner takes a lot of pride in this location and is always clean and well run. Staff handled the long lines and one unruly customer with grace and professionalism during Super Bowl. My wife and I have moved from Voorhees but always go out of our way to go to this location.

I went in today for a pretzel dog, and pretzels bites, well let me tell you, the pretzel dog is horrible, it's burnt and taste like smoke. I would take it back but I don't feel like it, I'll never get another one. So disappointed in the cashier, she knows they were burnt and instead of making new ones they are surviving them. (I saw 4 burnt dogs and one that looked half decent but I got sidetracked placing the rest of my order to ask for a fresh one. The pretzels bites were fine though, I hope the owner sees this review. My first time there and probably my last.

stopped here today and got a box of rivets. they were higher in price than other philly soft pretzels and they tasted stale.
