The first time that I visited the Pirate Crab the food was delicious. Cooked right ,fresh and everything. Decided to go back again and the shrimp were black, the mussels weren’t cleaned and was gritty and the sauce... let me tell ya was runny without flavor. Literally wasted about 70 bucks. Sad thing is that they offer no refunds. Well the Pirate Crab has lost one customer for sure and that’s on period!!!! Guess I’ll be making my own seafood from now on. Thanks Pirate Crab for saving me money in the long run!

I have never received greater hospitality, with delicious food! We absolutely love coming here and can’t get enough of it. The food is out of this world, fresh, and saturated with flavor. From the ramen to the snow crab combos, everything is on point and have never been disappointed, let down, or not catered too. You will not regret coming here!

Absolutely love this place. My significant other and I frequently visit this place, and have enjoyed our visit every single time. We have been to other restaurants like it, and Pirate Crab is by far the best of it's kind that we have had the opportunity to dine at. The food is great and the sauce for the crabs is unmatched the customer service follows in suit. The staff is always so accommodating especially while over the quarantine, and when they opened for outside dining. Easily our favorite crab place with very reasonable pricing, and their ramen is delicious!

I would just make my own seafood. The garlic butter is sweet and the taste gets to you after a few minutes. Shrimp was overcooked, Crabs were soggy, potatoes sucked and the corn was 10 out of 10, the corn was the only good thing for $40 combo...

I placed an order on Saturday for Father's Day Sunday. I had to pay at the time of the order which was no problem. The gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered the questions that I had about the crabs they had and what to order. I ordered 3 pounds of Dungeness crabs and I was so pleased with my order. I placed the order for a pickup for 3pm and it was ready when I arrived. The woman at the counter was thankful for the order. The inside was very clean and well maintained. The order was exactly what I ordered and the crabs were amazing! I got the Pirate Sauce with a Medium heat and I would recommend this sauce. I am excited to return there when they can resume inside dining. The customer service was top notch and the food was beyond what I expected! I definitely recommend this place and it is better than any place in the area. My new crab spot!!

The food is ok, tasted better. I gave it two stars because I feel like this place has steadily gotten worse since its opening .I just ordered the clams and mussels , the clams and mussels were so teeny compared to how big they used to be , but yet the price is the same . I honestly think the food is not fresh and it's frozen . I also think that though they give you different options for sauces ,they all end up tasting the same , like garlic butter .

First of all, I was very excited to eat a boil. After googling, I came across pirate crab and the prices looked good. I ordered the combo with snow crabs, shrimp, corn, sausage and potatoes. I asked for pirate sauce HOT. After driving 28 minutes there and 28 back, my mouth was watering. Ok so boom, I know seafood has to be eaten fresh to taste the best but i put the bag in an insulated bag to keep it hot. I speed home and so i figured it should still be good. Once arriving home, my homegirl and I started digging in, and boy. Why the garlic in there so thick. They did not try to chop it up at all. The sauce was not even hot which disappointed me and my homegirl. The shrimp was nasty, we only had 3 SLICES of sauce each in our bags and 1 corn. It's safe to say you get what you pay for. I should of listened to the reviews and saved my $35. Anyway eat at your own risk, don't say I didn't warn you. I only gave 2 stars to be nice, stay blessed.

I have ordered from here numerous times and I ordered last night and was very disappointed. The sauce was tasteless and very greasy. There was only 2 very very small corn on the cobs, 2 potatoes and 2 sausages. The amount of shrimp and mussels i received was way less than what i usually get. I am usually very pleased with the food i get from here and always recommend this place to my friends. Last night I spent almost 50 dollars and feel as though i got no where near my money's worth.
