The custard base is good; the flavors that can be added to the custard taste artificial; a waffle bowl was crispy (actually, too hard) and did not taste very good; and service was extremely slow despite the being five staff inside (apparently trying, but clearly not yet on their stride for the season)

Last two visits in a months span, haven’t been the best using the drive through, both times they’ve screwed up the orders and it’s almost seeming like it’s being done with bad intentions, this location was great for last couple years , now it’s like dealing with customer service from a McDonald’s. Both orders were wrong and when asked to fix it, it comes out worst, not only that I felt sick to my stomach after eating a banana split Sunday the bananas were discolored and I asked for chocolate syrup in replacement of diced pineapple, and I got a bowel of chocolate syrup soup with the Custer floating in the middle, similar to what I experienced earlier this month, they asked do I want a lid I said no need for one, don’t u know the ice cream came out with a lid on it anyway, I’m not a person who enjoys going back and forth so I drove off disgusted, later noticed I wasn’t even given a spoon or a napkin.
Love the Rita's, but it's getting quite pricy... I got a Pupuchino for my Frenchie, and it was the smallest thing ever . My boy was struggling trying g to eat it.. It was a messy process!!

*only writing this because of 0/10 costumer service and order was not made to order* Not having a good day as it is and went to Rita's because I love the mudslide. Icecream makes me feel better Got a mudslide per usual- it comes with REESES CUPS CRUSHED INSIDE- stuffed with peanut butter and hot fudge. (You can request stuffed all peanut butter etc) I've probably wouldn't have been suprised if a crappier area but considering it's a Voorhees location and close to home I thought they would be chill. Instead of understanding basics of handling a costumer(wouldn't just walk back up unless something was considerably wrong), She went to ask other coworkers or a manager in the back if she should remake the mudslide, comes back and "nope" . I am actively showing her there's no Reese cups mixed into the mudslide... It's just custard and stuffed with peanut butter.......... It was no one's fault and they could have simply remade it?... basically no topping just stuffed custard. So simple. Insane enough this girl comes back telling me Reese cups are their most pricey $$$ topping ... I was so confused. Clearly you just made the mudslide wrong and I came up asking nicely with respect to the young girls at the front if they could remake..I'm 25 but can tell maybe immature because 20 years old? Ultimately they couldn't remake it for me. I told the girls to have a good day and thanks and just walked to my car to write this review. No one should feel like that, just remake it! It's appalling being treated like tr*** when I go to this Rita's all the time and love Rita's (and icecream) So now, I paid $7 for something I don't want? I respect their probably 18 but that was immature and horrendous costumer service. 0/10.

Very friendly staff oh and yummy water ice
loved it. Cute picnic style places to eat.
