I have been ordering fried shrimp in the basket since I can remember I called to tell them that my shrimp was fried hard to a brick instead of the owner apologizing he says “ tell them don’t order the shrimp” THE OWNER IS DISGUSTING an nasty. Yea I did get my money back but for you to simply just be nasty an have your worker rely the message back exactly the way you said it…. Goodluck the guy who wears glasses an delivers food AND TAKE ORDERS need to be the owner not you just a prick

Called in our order for delivery. Was told 35-40 minutes. 75 minutes later very polite young man arrived with our delivery. Went inside and they prepared my sandwiches wrong. I called the store back and the young lady told me that she could either give me a refund or send out new food. I said just give me a credit. She then called me back and told me that I was wrong and what I had ordered was wrong and they are not offering me a credit or my food. Do not know who this young lady was. This was at 5 PM on Sunday afternoon. But I have never had a restaurant employee call me and tell me that I was wrong and what I ordered was wrong. Needless to say I will never be eating there again.

Every time I ordered From TJ the Food is always a top rated but the young Lady she was very polite when she answered the phone but when she take my order she misunderstood my phone number and put Down the wrong number and the Driver had to wait for someone pay Food and it seems she was in a Hurry to get back to her work and for your Menue on the Website your Price for a mix Cheese HoagieWritten$9 98 and my Menue said the same PriceWhen my Food arrives and I looked at the Bill Hoagie on the Bill said 10:98Please to the you Lady

I absolutely love this place! Their Margherita pizza (order with extra mozzarella and a balsamic glaze) is a pizza-bucket-list experience. The cannoli are a must every time. That said, I'm not sure if the mushrooms are fresh or canned, and I'm glad I'm vegetarian as I learned from my last order that the meat is pre-made and frozen - my order was delivered in the box ? Either way, I'll continue ordering my favorite dishes from TJ's and I highly recommend that special Margherita pizza that's made with real San Marzano tomato sauce ?

Not even a 1 star. 2x in a row asked for mild sauce and hot sauce on side for wings. Both times came naked with just hot sauce. Asked for Italian hoagie with American cheese L.T.Ban.Peppers.S.P.O. No oil no vinegar no mayo. Came with so many onions Ban. Peppers on side with oil and vinegar. Pizza varies from good to bad to bad to good. Hot to cold. I don't even give them 1 star but I had too. Thumbs down!

That being said, let’s get my bias out of the way: one of the richest tasting pizza sauces I’ve ever had—very flavorful but the base reminds me of the most original tomato squares I’ve ended had….done! The other parts of thepizza merely complement the sauce. Done… thank you…
