“I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“

“THE BEST! gelato. This was the best idea for Englewood! I shouldn't rave because it will only get busier, and there is often a line. The experience begins when you step into Bianco Nero. It's as if you stepped into Italy. They offer some delicious flavors , especially chocolate hazelnut. Some flavors are rotated so that there are surprises to entice you. Of course, they have sprinkles and fun cones in different sizes and cups, but the best part is the GELATO!“

“I did a Google search for a coffee shop and came upon this small, unique shop. I ordered a latte and it was very good. It’s a very small set up with a huge mission. It’s a non-profit to help people with disabilities to have a place to work. What a great cause! I didn’t get any food but the options looked quite yummy.Parking: Very little parking on the street. There is a lot behind the building which had quite a few empty spaces. Have to walk around the building to get to the storefront but not difficult or long walk.“

“Great gelato flavors, great ice-cream and Italian ice. Classic flavors. However; I’m specifically here to rave about the cream puffs. They make the best cream puffs I have ever tasted. The fillings are absolutely amazing, fluffy. They are light and refreshing; and addicting. Highly recommend the pistachio flavor. I constantly crave these cream puffs, I go out of my way to get them, and send other people to get them for me. Great service as well, always very welcoming.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Go here for amazing homemade ice-cream, Italian ice and soft serve! I love the fall favs and apple pie is to die for! It tastes like cinnamon ice-cream with little chunks of apple pie filling. I really love it! THERE ARE SO MANY FLAVORS!!! They carry pumpkin, banana and coconut seasonally which are my favs and sometimes hard to find. They even have Pineapple Dole Whip for all you fans that want to Pretend you are in a tropical island instead of the concrete jersey Jungle. Regarding food, they said they only had a small bar pie, and that limited menu sort of gave me the impression that it was probably frozen and heated up, so I passed on the food and just enjoyed a beer and the atmosphere. Definitely a nice spot to grab a drink though. Especially if you are a local in the area of this bar, I definitely recommend it. The acoustics were great here as I am typically a little overwhelmed if the acoustics are off. Food was delicious, my favorite being the German plate sampler with sausage, potato pancake, and pierogis. Beer list was on point and you can tell they care about diversifying their offerings.
