The staff here is very friendly and patient. There are so many options to choose from! The food has been unfailingly fresh and good. We have visited more than once.
Every single experience I have had at this Bubs has been great. One time I came right as they were closing and they had started to put food away, two women there still took my order and took things out and made it for me. This has meant a lot since I really had’t eaten at all that day, it was the super-bowl and I was coming home from watching the game with my grandfather at a rehabilitation place. Another time I came in during the day and the guy who made my order was just so nice and the fold was amazing. I have a Bubs 7 mins from my house but now I get take out or delivery from the one in Wall when I can because it honestly tastes better than the closer one and my experiences have been great with the employees.

As someone who once had platinum rewards at wall I know they were good. Now the place has gotten so bad I can’t go there anymore. This was my burrito the second I opened it. Is this a burrito or did I order a quesadilla on accident? I would have gotten a bowl to go if I knew it was gonna turn into this. The manager there with the beard is the best homie he always knows how to roll the burritos just right and they’re huge. But whoever these new guys working there are for the last year haven’t been able to do one thing right. I loved this place but now I rather go to pancheros they know how to real burritos.

group ordered $90 worth of food for delivery and order was missing a burrito bowl and we paid for queso on one of the entrees but it was missing. food was also cold. guy on the phone was nice and offered a credit for the bowl but we prob won’t take our chances here again.
