This is THE bakery! It’s the only place I will get cakes for any family parties or birthdays. I am always pleasantly surprised by their new flavors, and am yet to find one that I don’t love. The girls inside are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Gotta try the new churro cake! It’s incredible. I won’t go anywhere else!

Chocolate carousel nails it every time! We get all of our occasion cakes here and they are beautiful and delicious! When I used to get cakes, it was either design or taste that was lacking. But not here!Most recently I ordered an "Easter bunny" cake and placed my order over the phone. I didn't really have anything specific in mind but told the baker what I was looking for - funfetti cake, raspberry filling and rainbow sprinkles. Not only was it delicious but it looked great and everyone was so impressed.

It was my niece’s first birthday. My family gets cakes all the time from chocolate carousel and they are always delicious and beautifully decorated.We picked up the cake two hours before the party and this is what we received. This is the most poorly decorated, awful looking cake I have ever seen. When my cousin called back they would not help her and didn’t not offer a refund. They told her she could bring the cake back and have them fix it. Since she lived a hour away, she didn’t have time to go back and get the cake fixed, nor should she have to. We had to go out and buy flowers and sprinkles to fix the cake before guest arrived.I attached both pictures of what the cake looked like when we got it home and how we tried to fix it up. I’m so unbelievably disappointed and will not be going back.Also, they charged her an extra 45 dollars for the sprinkles and decorations. She would have been fine with that if the cake looked nice, but instead she paid 45 dollars for about ten sprinkles up top.

Highly recommend! Our wedding cake was beautiful and I just picked up our anniversary cake today for our 6 yr, they replicated it exactly , still had our info on file. Very professional and friendly.

We were very disappointed with our wedding cake. It was not executed to our selection. Butter cream was replaced for white chocolate icing, yellow cake was substituted for white cake, and our filling was supposed to be strawberries with chocolate mousse, instead a scant amount of strawberry was present with no chocolate mousse. Lisa the owner declined to speak with us but instead sent an email stating the cake was created as ordered. We also sent a photo to show Lisa the errors. She refused to acknowledge her bakery's errors and was not apologetic or offered any reimbursement. She is unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend this bakery for your wedding cake.

Chocolate Carousel does not disappoint! This is my second cake. The custom order was quick and easy with the on-line ordering! I ordered a layer of each vanilla and chocolate, buttercream frosting with funfetti mouse. I uploaded my inspo pic and the invite to my sister’s shower, and they beautifully executed the cake! They were extremely responsive and quickly provided a quote with the breakdown, and finalizing the order was as easy as calling the designer team and confirming! The staff from the venue and the balloon designers took pics and asked where the cake was from. The cake was delicious and the quality amazing! Will definitely order again!

I love to give recommendations and good reviews for places that I frequent especially small businesses. I have used Chocolate Carousel in the past for my daughter's bridal shower cake and also have gone there for other occasions & events in store. However, without going into detail of the price I paid for my grandson's 1st birthday cake which I feel was overpriced comparing the cake received to other bakeries in the area, we were a bit disappointed. First off I think it's laughable that cannoli cream & funfetti are specialty fillings, flavors, and are charged extra for. We ordered a basic cake with a bit of a fondant decoration that included a piece that after I brought it home came off of the cake and we had to try to find a way to fix it for the party. I have transported many cakes from bakeries in the past, including tiered cakes & never had a problem until this cake. It did not even have much decoration on it. I did call and I spoke with Jen. I will say ,Jen was very nice and did offer to fix it but I could not drive another 1/2 hour back to Chocolate Carousel and back again so I did some kind of makeshift repair using store bought frosting to correct it. As far as taste of the cake it was good. Jen was nice & the cake was ok which is why I gave them 3 stars. I am trying to be fair with my review but I do not think I will be going back to Chocolate Carousel for any specialty cakes again when I have other good bakeries I could go to that are closer to home.

I purchased a box of chocolates for a gift. Save your money go buy Whitman! Presentation was awful, candy thrown in a box all different ways , no paper in box , no gift wrap , no ribbon just a small box with tasteless old candy thrown in it ! I had heard they were good but my disappointment tells me never again. Most embarrassing gift ever gave ! They need to stick to cake forget going there for tasteless old chocolates !

I recently ordered custom cookies and a cake for my baby shower, and I couldn't be happier. Not only were they beautifully designed, but they tasted absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Chocolate Carousel for their outstanding creations and fantastic service!

Chocolate Carousel did my wedding cake and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I'd heard horror stories that wedding cakes sacrifice taste for aesthetics, not so with this, it was beautiful and tasty! The almond cake was absolutely delicious and the custard filling is almost criminally good. I'm still getting rave reviews of the cake from my guests. We also ordered cake pop favors from them as well, and the were so beautiful, with the his and hers design, and they were sublime and tasty. They were extremely professional, easy to work with and made our dream cake. It's also a massive plus that in a year they will rebake our top layer for a price, sure beats having to make space in our freezer for a year and meant we got to eat the top layer once we were home, and the cake was so amazingly good that we WANTED to.
